Description of Work: BG Services have been taking care of my heating/AC for over 25 years. They recently installed new Heat pump and air handler. Took one day. Highest level of customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThis company sucks! Had a guy come out to check the "furnace" of my HVAC unit after the home inspectors of my new place said the furnace was getting too hot. BG is recommended by my realtor. The guy is there 10 minutes....turns the heat on...touches the duct connecting to the unit....says "yep, its hot!" Says, "its supposed to get like that." Never even opened the door to the unit....didn't take an air temp...not even a note on paper! Quoted $80 for the service call, then billed for $165 because of "travel time" and "late fees." I complained to my realtor and the owner of BG Services about the service call. He said his guy checked it and it was fine. The clencher....now that its heating season..I turned my furnace on and the house is getting way to hot at 67 degrees and the fan runs constantly. Had to shut the fan off using the "emergency shut off three times now AND trip the breaker to get it to shut off!!! Buddy (the owner) told me he would come check it for $80/hr. YEAH RIGHT!
