From the first phone contact, AmeriClean demonstrated the best customer service. For a great price, they cleaned the whole house and for two stains that were impossible to get out. They were honest about the condition of the rug and they got the stains out of the carpets that we thought would never come out. We highly recommend this company!

Very professional, explained everything they were going to do. Reviewed things they did and the outcome with me. I have a 15 yr old loveseat that is more a dog bed than couch and I couldn't believe how nice it looks. Don't look anywhere else call AmeiClean!

Technician arrived promptly, inspected work to be done, asked if we had anything he should be aware of, and promptly went to work. Very cordial, mannerly, neat--he went right to work and finished in a very reasonable time. Carpets look like new again!

They are very prompt at scheduling and confirming, and they show up when they say they will. They also follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the work. They are very reasonably priced as well and there are usually coupons available. The price varies on room size.

I originally scheduled my carpet cleaning with.americlean they gave me a 295 quote for a 4 bd townhome. At the time that was the best quote I'd gotten so I booked the appt. Later I found a a better quote from smaller local company (they did an ok job)so I went with them. I cancelled the apt with americlean a explaining to the rep that I had gotten a better quote with another company. They were so professional with the cancellation not hassling or anything I really liked that. So I guess my reviewis geared towards their professionalism. I would recommend them off that alone.

An excellent company. I was given an estimate. I was offered other services but there was absolutely no pressure to buy the other services. When the steam cleaning was complete, deodorizer was offered but since it was not needed I declined. There was no pressure to buy a service that was unnecessary. I was kept up to date as to when the serviceman would arrive. I had called Monday morning, by Monday afternoon my carpets were clean. Excellent service!

They were fine. It was reasonably priced compared to the others I found. They also offered discounts on the carpet and add-ons to do the furniture.
