Excellent service! They showed up on time were very friendly, professional and did a outstanding job.

Wonderful! They were done before anticipated. Team was very courteous and really cared what we thought.

Everything was cleaned just as promised and the carpets look great! Only small issue is that I received a call from the company wanting to reschedule our appointment after it had been on the calendar for awhile. While this was a bit inconvenient, we were able to make it work. On a side note, my company also uses this same franchise of Americlean to clean the carpets in our local office and they do a good job there as well.

Cost included AmeriClean pickup and delivery (estimated 25 miles one-way), the rugs were cleaned at the business. I did not obtain cost estimates from other providers, so cannot compare those. Wintry weather and schedules at my house complicated making arrangements, but they were available by phone and e-mail, responsive and cordially professional. We were pleased with experience and results and would use them again.

I contacted them by phone and made the appointment. Met by someone in the front office and dropped them off in the warehouse. Everything was great. Great service in person and rugs turn out great. I have used them twice over a few years and they still have my records from the first visit. I highly recommend!

Excellent. They show up on time, they fast, they are thorough. They move furniture rather than clean around it. They are priced right. I have used them for a long time. Stuff is not a problem with them.

It took about an hour as predicted. There were some stains in the living room that the technician gave special attention to until he got them out. Price was as quoted. I thought they were a little high, but I went with them because they had very good reviews.

Also they prevented us from going to another less expensive rug cleaning business by saying that the other place steams the carpets, which is "not good"; however, it turns out that AmeriClean also steamed our carpet. We felt we wasted money and were decieved. JH

I no longer recall the date or the cost of the service, but I thought the price to be reasonable. I do not know if the previous owner of this house ever had the ducts cleaned. From the amount of dust and lint that was removed, my guess is that they did not. We were pleased with everything AMERICLEAN and we will not hesitate to use them again.

Got ALL the stains up (our elderly dog had "accidents" prior to her end of life and they made the carpet look NEW!

I have tried a number of different rug cleaning companies and I like AmeriClean best.

Arrived promptly. Explained exactly what he was going to do. Even took time to thoroughly clean our sofa, which I neglected to arrange for ahead of time.

They clean the carpet in living room and middle - which is all the carpet in the house. They have been cleaning my carpets for over 20 years. I always have it scotch-guarded also, which helps me be able to wipe up spills. |It always looks great when they get done.
