David was on time and was patient while we finished moving furiture and vaccuming the area. He was very professional and pleasant. THe cleaning results were beyond our expectations. He did a fantastic job.

I have used Americlean for several year. Booking appointment was easy and pleasant. Ron the technician is professional, personable, and was able to answer my questions and give information. The company is easy to work with. They give a customer care (every 6 months) discount.

Previous installation of a liner in the chimney left the floor around the furnace and nearby with a sooty residue which then was getting tracked all over the floor and upstairs into the house. Americlean steam cleaned the floor. The technician said he went over it three times. It was left very nice and clean. Americlean has been cleaning the carpets in my house for 25 years. They always come on time and do a great job.

We had a bad experience. With the wall to wall carpet cleaning, they were excellent. But for the oriental carpet cleaning, they do not use the preferred method for cleaning oriental carpets and as a result, I had to re-clean parts of one of them myself. When I tried to discuss it with them, they became absolutely rude so I will not employ them for any services anymore.

These folks are the best in this whole area. They are always pleasant on the phone. I have them call yearly to set up an appointment to clean our carpets. If I'm busy at that time they call, they conveniently call back when I ask. I have a SmartStrand carpet that cannot have cleaner used on it; only steam, being it's made partially from corn and can repel dirt. They do whatever cleaning process I ask for. AmeriClean is always prompt and they have multiple services. I am going to have them come out and clean my furniture next. I may then have them clean and seal my tile floor. Overall, they are the epitome of fantastic customer service!

Great, when I called they were able to fit me into the schedule on the same day. The cleaning technician (Steven) that came to the house was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. Protected the floors and did a great job on the carpets. He cleaned up afterwards.

The people are very friendly and they performed a great job. My carpets are old but turned out pretty good. I used a rug doctor machine before this and it didn't even come close to the results of the professional cleaning. The carpets didn't turn out like new, but they are 20 years old. At least this bought me another couple years until i will buy new carpet, and with kids, that's a really big deal.

Living Room, den, 1 bedroom, set of stairs, and a loft (considered 2 rooms). The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Timely and did not rush the job. I had mentioned that I had some Persian rugs and he took the time to explain the process. They followed up within a few days. They also gave me an estimated cost of 420.00 to clean the Persian rugs. The woman on the phone was very patient and helpful in collecting all the information to get me the closest quote without seeing them. Wonderful service! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

First of all, they picked up and delivered rugs upon completion. One of the rugs was dirtier than the others. They tried some different chemicals to get rid of the pet urine smell. They maintained contact throughout the process to let me know the progress. The rugs looks and smell great. I found staff to be very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I think I saved some money, but it was miniscule, on the order of 10%. The vendor was excellent, and I would go back to them again. Just from the way the vendor was acting, I think they did it below cost. They were great. I have 2 more rugs that I want to send to him to get cleaned, and he is the only person I can trust. The vendor was great, great PR skills, and great technicians. I wouldn't do a big deal again, because I didn't think I was saving that much money, but the quality of the work was fantastic. I get what I pay for them.

Excellent, carpet is very, very old and needs replaced. Ron Snyder Jr. came out and cleaned and did a wonderful job. Carpet does not look new but it certainly is better than what is was before.

Ron was a delightful man who did a very fine job on all of the above. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Even our dog liked him from the moment he stepped into the house. We heartily recommend this service to anyone who needs rugs or carpet cleaned.

Being on a tight schedule, I asked them for something of a rush job and they cheerfully worked their schedule to accommodate me. Ron showed up promptly at the appointment time with all the right equipment and got right to work. He did a really remarkable job getting all stains cleaned up and the carpet looks wonderful now. I highly recommend Americlean to all members of Angie's list and to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

They cleaned the carpets and 2 sofas and did a good job, I really don't know what else to say, it was a very long time ago and I really can't remember too much, I was satisfied with the job they did and the time it took them to do it.

They arrived on time did a great job. The former owners had cats and the did an excellent job at getting the cat here up.

They did a great job and worked courteously and efficiently. They showed up at the earliest end of the 1 hour time window they gave for arrival. Cleaned both rooms in an hour and described everything they were doing. Offered scotch guard application which I declined, and was not pressured in any way. It was a very pleasant and professional experience and I will definitely use Americlean again!

They were pretty good. I would recommend them. They were a little expensive but they were good. I like that they make sure that the floors don’t get all wet. They took care of the property. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the job quickly and did a good job. I am thinking about calling them back again.
