Description of Work: I could not be more impressed. They really spent significant time on my carpets, not just a 'once over' like I've seen with other providers. I saw the technician spend several minutes on one little spot to be sure he'd done all he could to get it out (and he did). They were up front about the stains that probably wouldn't come out, which was fair. The price was also excellent. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to anyone else looking for their service.
