We booked this move months ago and we're all packed up and ready to move. They were supposed to come today and notified us 12 hours later they weren't coming and not giving a refund. So our money is down the toilet and we have to move ourselves.

You have the wrong moving company. There are a few We-Haul's in Baltimore. We do not take money up front; just a deposit which reserves your slot. Never pay for a move in full up front. Good luck with your situation, hopefully it works out for you.
