We met in the houses or gave us a ride to there. We made a verbal agreement about how the fees would be in case I buy a house. He gave us ideas about how much to beat and how fast a hose would go if we did not act fast. We were aware of any possible outcomes. He gave us ideas what to do with our current house, how difficult would it be to rent it or sell it, and how much we could get.
