Description of Work: I worked with 4 realtors very closely since I moved from NY in 2004. My worst experience was in Baltimore on my last buying. Maynard was different because he was surprisingly super honest and did not hesitate to give his personal opinion. That was the most valuable. He told us when a house was not "a good investment ", because of the land, location, etc. Other realtors do not want to give you their opinion. Maynard has been on the business for many years and I considered his opinion very valuable, specially when he outpointed all the negatives in a house he was showing. That showed honesty which was invaluable. Other realtors just want you to sign and they are just doormen, but not Maynard. Besides, he never charged us a penny or signed a contract right away. He showed houses without complains. He was always a content gentleman, no moody, no excited and had, lot and lot of patience with me. We have decided to postpone buying a house, which I have not told him yet. I think this is his first report in Angies's list and I have always been suspicious of reports with only one one rating, but believe me, you do not have nothing to lose w him, you couldneven learn something. I had very bad experience with other 2 prior realtors from Coldwell Bankers in Baltimore County. Those people are probably millionaires and did not have any compassion when I asked them for their opinion on our most biggest investment of our life, which was a house that we paid 437,000 in 2004. The seller realtor agent did not allowed us to get a second home inspection and the buyer realtor ("my realtor") even supported the seller. Each time a had a question for my realtor in 2004, she always told me where to find the answer instead of doing her job and looking for me.
