Description of Work: I purchased an Entertainment Deal for power washing services from this company. It was sometimes hard to get through to schedule an appointment, but I managed to get through. They failed to show up three times. The last time, I even tried calling the emergency number they mentioned on the voice mail message, but that number was not currently taking calls. After the last no-show, I requested a refund from Entertainment Deals.

Description of Work: the so called company is AWEFUL!!!!! i hired them to do a paint job. they screwed the job up so bad and didn't finish. make a long story short... job was incomplete, very sloppy(paint every where it wasn't suppose to be) as they attempt to do what they are hired for, very poor customer service, was late every time they were suppose to show up and sometimes they didn't show when scheduled. would not recommend this so called company to my worst enemy. had to fire them and asked for my money back.

Description of Work: I bought 2 dealfinds for 4 hours of handyman services. I took a day off work and he never showed up, noone even answered the phone! I was livid! then when I finally reached him he complained how groupon and dealfind are not honoring his money request and he is in litigation. Like this is MY problem? I gave him consumer affairs no. and tried to be helpful. He said we will reschedule and you pay me the money and get your dealfind money back from them. I agreed. I called the day before the appt. to make sure he is still coming and he said I can't come till the afternoon. I said you told me you were definetely coming at 9am I don't even have to call! What an idiot! I am an idiot for agreeing to work with him again, I am done......... ops. you are an idiot if you hire these people!

Description of Work: What a bogus company! I purchased a voucher for services and struggled to set up an appointment; had the company fail to show up on the day of appointment; fail to show up for scheduled work; fail to respond to dozens of emails and phone calls. I don't know if I can get a refund from the voucher company, but I hope K&R Construction goes out of business before they take anyone else's money.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 vouchers from Dealfind for handyman work. Called and set up an appt, on the day they were to come out they called and canceled. Set up another months later, in the meanwhile I purchased another voucher form Dealfind for them to do yardwork. Set up a appt but they never showed up and did not call. Called them and was given another appt., again no one showed up. Meanwhile second appt. for handyman work came and no one showed up. After many unanswered call and e-mails I called Dealfind. They could not get in touch with them either.Please stay away from this company as they will not do the work even when paid for.

Description of Work: This company is putting deals out there on discount/special offer websites and then never fufilling the tasks promised. They don't return calls. When you do reach someone they don't follow through with the plan of action.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 certificates for 8 hours of service to have roof repairs, interior painting, power washing and painting of the deck. When they came in APRIL to do a walk through and give an estimates that appointment was rescheduled 2 time without advanced notice. When they were late, I called each time and was told they had to reschedule. When they finally made it to my home for the estimate I was told that roof work was NOT included in the certificates I purchased despite the fact that the certificate CLEARLY indicated that it did. Instead I was given an estimate for 3200.00 to repair fascia boards and saufffet work ( SP?) Randy then schedule an appointment to do the interior painting of 2 rooms and other work to be done on May 4th. On May 4th I removed all furniture from the necessary areas, took off from work and waited for them to arrive at 10:00 AM. They never showed. When I called to ask for a status they said the RAIN pushed them off schedule and they meant to call me. They rescheduled for the following week, apologized and assured me they would be there. Again on they day they were to arrive they were late. I called and was told that the "painter" should be here and Randy would call to see what was going on. After calling 3 more times that day I got no answer as to why they were not there and was told they were not coming to power wash the deck either. It was now 2 pm. ( I wasted another full day from work) They rescheduled for the next week. ONCE AGAIN they did not call and did not show up. This time I was told that their computer crashed and they lost all of their appointments and he did not know they were schedule to come to my home. When I asked could they come that day I was told NO but they could come out in TWO WEEKS! I was supposed to feel better because they said they would come out on a SATURDAY to get it done. NOT! The original estimate appointment was scheduled in March to be completed in APRIL. The work was schedule in April to be completed the first week in MAY. It is now June and nothing has been done other then my request for a refund and posting this review in hopes that no one else ever has to deal with the level of frustration I have had with this company. The owner Randy is very nice when you speak to him and apologetic when they blow me off but that gets old really quickly. At this point I have no faith in him, the quality of work that would have been done and I do not appreciate his lack of respect for my time. Anyone who wants further info is welcome to contact me. This review does not even begin to paint a full picture of my level of frustration with this so called contractor.

Description of Work: We were in the midst of a very long kitchen remodel; we hired them to do the work we couldn't do ourselves. They constructed and did some drywall work for us. They did a hardwood floor installation without the finishing.
