Very quick to respond. They set expectation for receiving a quote and managed to come a day earlier without me being home. They called me with quote and actually were able to perform task that same day.

Chad Green arrived on time and took time diagnosing the problem - water coming into basement possibly from heavy rain not able to exit downspouts since they were clogged. He and his crew cleaned the gutters and downspouts on a three story house for half the price of one of the other vendors who called. The regular cleaning method was not able to unclog two of the downspouts and he will return for excavation to run new PVC pipe for these two. He spent time with me explaining each step. Definitely would recommend for gutter and downspout cleaning and related issues.

Exquisite Services came out to my home to clean my gutters. I mentioned to them that I had a leak in my garage and was trying to figure where it came from. They went up to the roof found the problem and fix the problem themselves rather than just telling me where the problem was. You don't typically get that kind of service and that is top-notch as far as I'm concerned.

Chad and crew came out to give me a FREE estimate, but once he told me the price...I told them that they had the JOB. Chad asked me what was a good time to clean my gutters, long story short, Chad and crew cleaned our gutters and flushed the downspouts on the spot. The young man (roof walker) with Chad collected half a five gallon bucket of debris...most of which was because of the NEW roof we had put on earlier this year. I have told my neighbors about the great job Exquisite Services did with MY gutters and the GREAT price. Thank you Chad and crew for a job well done!!!!!
