Dun Rite Drain Cleaning

Sterling at Dun Rite did an excellent job. Our kitchen sink stopped draining and it turned out that it was caused by clogged pipes in our basement. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. I believe the pricing was also very reasonable.

I called and he was here within an hour! Very nice, clean and explained everything I would recommend highly!

They came the morning after our kitchen drain clogged, and did a good job taking care of the clog. My complaint is they did nothing to protect my floors from their wet boots and machines, etc. that they had to bring across my hardwood floors and my area rugs. I asked if they needed drop cloths and they said no, but soon I was putting down my own, and as they had to snake in a new hole in my dining room, water came shooting out and I ran for towels to take care of the problem, I was not happy about mopping up the water dropping across my floors as they came and went. Very nice people, prompt service, but they need to think about taking more care about the home.

The tech who was sent out by Dun-Rite, Sterling Collick, was capable, experienced, polite, and a pleasure to have in my home. He explained everything he planned to do and why. He answered all my questions patiently and even suggested a way to save money on a concern I had on another matter. I would hire him again.

Sterling was the amazing, professional and knowledgeable technician who handled this job. He unclogged a washing machine drain that another local plumber claimed was not possible. Sterling's fee for the video camera scoping and drain clearing was less than $350. The other plumber (LEN) claimed it was likely a crushed terra cotta pipe which would require excavation through the concrete, and after consultation with his office came up with an estimate of $3200. All this without any video!

Arrived the same day, easy to work with, explained everything and got to work. Fair pricing.

Had originally called a well known drain cleaning co, they responded immediately but their quote was egregious. Sterling quote was 1/2 the original . It was fair and reasonable. Having a Federal Hill rental property with tenants puts added pressure when drains get clogged. In addition Sterling handled it while I was out of town. I Would highly recommend this company - DAVE

A very quick response for an emergency on a Sunday. It was pretty much a nightmare project that took several hours to fix. Price was more than fair. I wouldn t hesitate to call Dun Rite again.
