Dun Rite Drain Cleaning

The project was done in a professional and timely manner. Sterling explained clearly what and why he was doing as I was not very familiar with the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a drain cleaner.

Their response was extremely quick and the work was done in two hours. The cost was slightly more than what I had been told on the phone for a new pump, but I didn't mind that. What did bother me is that the tech told me that my pump was a permanent one, and that it could be repaired but not replaced. It turns out that the pump had been replaced when I checked the work after the tech had left, and the new pump's manual was left on the basement floor. Although I'm pleased with the overall result, I'm displeased at the lack of communication by the tech. Next time, I will choose another company.

I connected with Dun Rite to get a second estimate for a main drain breakage. They offered high tech equipment to locate and burrowed out the roots causing the problem and to find the exact location of the break. The service was completed within a timely manner and the clean up very impressive. I would highly recommend Dun Rite for all your plumbing needs.

Although Dun Rite was outside of my service area He agreed to perform the repairs. They arrived at the time we agreed upon. it took 3 hours to clear the drain. During the process they were courteous and professional. Explaining the probable cause and necessary upkeep to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Although the price was a little expensive. The job was done and all cleanup was completed in order.

Mr. Sterling was extremely knowledgeable. professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem immediately. The "check valve " on the sump pump had deteriorated and he repaired it. Since the valve was an ancient relic he took his time because it involved cutting and replacing the old pipe attached to the pump. He is reputable because he could have told me I needed a new sump pump (which I thought I did), and that would have been a more expensive repair. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely call "Dun Rite"!!

I would only hire this company to identify drain line breakage, only. Do not hire them for excavation!
