Sterling called and offered to provide same day service (night srvice) at no extra charge for my clogged, slow draining and leaking utility sink. He initially stated that he would fix the clog and slow drainage issue tonight so I could user my washing machine and then he would come back and fix the crack after he ordered a part. But he stayed and fixed everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided useful information on plumbing fixtures and products too. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to others.

Sterling arrived on time, explained the problem was and how he would repair it. He provided a quote and 2 and a half hours later the job was done! He was professional, I would highly recommend!
