Great experience. Sterling, with Dun Rite, called us in the evening (it was late in the day when we posted on Home Advisors) and talked with my husband to trouble shoot over the phone. He came the next day and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He installed our new sump pump system and explained and answered many questions we had. We have a lot of confidence in the product and workmanship based on our interaction with Sterling. We would absolutely use them again.

Plumber did not show up as scheduled and reset appointment to the following day and was late. Quoted a price and had me sign for it, then performed the service and tried to add $100 to the signed price.
