Sterling responded immediately after I submitted my inquiry. He arrived at my house shorty thereafter, conducted a thorough investigation, presented me with a detailed assessment of my problem and very affordable options to solve it. On the day of service, Sterling outperformed my expectations. I am more than satisfied and like many of his customers, have "Sharpied" his number on my list of qualified professionals! Afterall, if I have any future drain issues, I want it Dun Rite!

Sterling was very knowledgeable. Our clog was caused by a previous plumber who did not install correctly. Sterling analyzed the problem and not only cleared the clogged drain but also improved the drainage system. We had labelled our problem as an emergency and Dun Rite was the first to call back with a time that day. Sterling arrived right on time and worked until the problem was solved, even though it was getting into the evening hours. I will call this business again if I have plumbing problems in the future.

Sterling, the technician was able to assure me on the phone that he was the right person to alleviate my plumbing issue. I had two meetings with other plumbers regarding clearing my outside basement drain of impacted mud. He assured me that he had the needed equipment to unclog the drain. After being disappointed by both other plumbers, I took a chance and was very pleased with the outcome. Dun Rite, LLC (Sterling) was on time and delivered outstanding professional service.

They called me back and came super fast, and on a Super Bowl Sunday! The pro was knowledgeable and nice. But, and maybe it's just me, I think this was on the expensive side.

Other people's experience has been good- not mine. Unfortunately, the toilet cracked when he was trying to do the cleanout.
