+ 2 moreThe VP of the company did the work. His name was Robert Huber. He asked for a substantial amount of the balance due and then did not return back to do the work. He pulled his license from the job. Robert tried to charge for extras that he had not consulted us with and on which did not give us full pricing on when asked prior to performing the work. This was a 15% increase in cost over his contracted price. In Good faith he was paid almost 95% of the total cost for doing less than 65% of the job. He committed to returning and then went to the county to pull his license from the job and didn’t even contact us to let us know. He was rude on several occasions, argumentative when asked to explain why his quote didn’t agree with his pricing and insincere when negotiating over items already provided by the home owner.
