+ -1 moreEXCELLENT!!- we had the floors completed while we were out of the country & returned to beautiful floors.The guys (thank you Mr Phil, Steve and Mingo) kept dust (which is inevitable) to a minimum. Another "pro" told us all of our bottom floor trim wold have to be replaced, and even Aaron said some may be nicked or marked due to the sander, but we had no trim damage. I think our removal of ALL furniture , pictures etc probably helped keeping cleaning at a minimum. Aaron was GREAT at communicating & following up. Thanks :)
Description of Work: We had purchased a secondary home near Bethany Beach and the hardwood floors were very faded and scratched. We had a few estimates completed. We based our decision on not just the price but on our "gut" feeling about the owner after the estimate. Aaron (owner) was on time, very respectful and did not rush us to make a decision. He fully explained any "possible downside" to the process of sanding the wood totally down to the bare wood and was very knowledgable of his business.

Description of Work: I had my two bedrooms done with wood. They did a fabulous job. Im so happy with my floors. They were very professional, and cleaned up wonderfully. I will definitely use there service again. I highly recommend this company..

Description of Work: Aaron and Laura in the office were professional and easy to communicate with. Aaron and other workers showed up on time when scheduled. Very pleased with the quality of the repairs that needed to be done and the final outcome of the refinished hardwood floors. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I requested assistance with selection of laminate flooring materials, installation, and pricing to cover the area of approx. 400 sq. ft. in the living room of my summer home. |I left a message at the published phone number. The business owner returned my call within 24 hours. All following phone consultations to address my questions and priorities were highly professional, insightful, and totally no-pressure. |I deferred the entire project for later, but I was totally satisfied and pleased with the service and information that was provided to me. |I would definitely recommend at least considering WOOD FLOOR CREATIONS LLC as a perspective vendor for any residential flooring projects.

The pricing was competitive and his suggestions were great. The project was completed on time with very minimal clean up. + -1 moreAaron is a true professional with dedication to his craft. He is also an excellent consultant on options that will hold up over time. Once the project starts, your interests are represented well as he make choices that lead to an excellent finished product. His prep work in particular and surface preparation was impressive. I have no doubt these will be long lasting floors and if I need repairs or other support later he will be there to provide insight and options.
Description of Work: Engineered and 3/4" hardwood installation on slab and wood subfloor ares for over 1,200 sq ft with numerous floor leveling challenges to overcome.
