+ -1 moreInitially I thought the customer service was good however after Joe May was paid 90% of his money discrepancies were found and noted. Joe comes of cool but poor customer service he is under contract for a panel upgrade and home addition work. Joe placed a surge protector under my panel that's not in st marys county code. The surge protector has to be accessible and its not once the drywall is installed. As a customer I shouldn't have to point this out or order my own parts.Also the new panal is not seated correctly and i have pictures to prove. After several attempts to call and talk to Joe on a clear direct path to fix this he hasn't responded. Joe even lied on response review on Google and said I hired a non licensed electrician in fact I hired only May's electrical service and the electrician he hired did the work. Joe wired my two room addition sloppy. Joe wants to be paid in full before the work is completed. Poor customer service do not hire this company.

+ -1 moreThe issue was with an outdoors socket. Mr. May strategically went throughout the house testing all the circuits until he found the disabling outlet on the outer back wall. He replaced that socket and a worn switch that he discovered during his testing. Mr. May was extremely professional and efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. S. Carey
