FAIRLY WELL. HAD USED ONE OF THE LADIES ON THE FIRST VISIT AND HER WORK WAS DISMAL. CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO TELL PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS TO LIFT A SCATTER RUG TO VACUMN. HAVE REQUESTED THAT 'LOLITA' RETURN. THE 2 YOUNG LADIES CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH.THE GENTLEMAN TRIED HIS UTMOST TO PLEASE. UPDATE: 6/1/10 THE OWNER CONTACTED ME ASKING IF I UNDERSTOOD WHAT IMPACT THIS REPORT MAY HAVE ON HIS SMALL BUSINESS. I HAVE BEEN A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND FEEL THAT CRITICISM SHOULD BE ACCEPTED CONSTRUCTIVELY. I HAVE POSTED THIS REPORT SO THAT HE KNOWS WHERE TO IMPROVE HIS BUSINESS AND THAT OTHER MEMBERS KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO PLEASE, WHICH I AM NOT.

Two Green Clean team members arrived for the initial cleaning. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I was pleased to come home to a house that was clean and did not smell like chemicals, but disappointed that the crew missed several areas that needed dusting. The morning of the second cleaning, I left a note for the crew thanking them for their work and asking them to please clean the missed areas. Because the office did not yet have my key and I had to go to work, I also left an envelope on my door with the key in it. I called Green Clean's office, told Jamie that I had left the key for the crew scheduled to come that day and asked her to let them know. She confirmed my address and said she would do so. That was the last I heard from Green Clean. The crew failed to show up. I called the office and left a message, asking what had happened. I got no response. I left a second message. After almost 2 weeks, I still have not heard a word from the company.

The team was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, someone broke out their van window within minutes of their parking on my street (I went out to my car and noticed). So two of the team had to deal with waiting for the police, making a report, etc. Despite this, the team remained in good spirits and remained to complete the work. I was impressed with the amount of dusting that was done, as things were pretty grungy. But then I later noticed areas that weren't dusted. Maybe once things were cleaner, those that weren't totally clean were more obvious. There were also more spider webs left than I expected. Though that might sound picky. The team was accommodating of my needs. I was not ready for them when they arrived but they were able to go for an early lunch to give me an hour to move a large project out of the living room area. A staff person from the company called two weeks later to check on the cleaning and to get my feedback.
