The plumber showed up on time and assessed the problem quickly. He gave me options for doing the repair. He was able to get started immediately and completed the repair in good time. A little pricey for me but I guess that's what good plumbers cost these days.

Plumber was very pompt, went and purchased the replacement faucet part; alas he charged me $100 for a part that costs $20/25, that was on top of $190 labor charge. He then tried to charge me $8 for using a credit card (which turned down).

We are a Buddhist Temple and have two homes on the property. The plumbing service was called to repair an emergent leaking faucet in one home, and to make the visit worth the plumbers while (he wanted more work to justify coming out this far) we also had him repair a spigot that was not functioning properly in a separate house on the property. While the plumber did complete the requested repairs quickly and so far effectively, he also added on services we did not request. His original estimate for both jobs before starting work was $750. He then told one household the drain needed to be snaked and it would be a small charge. He snaked that drain. In the second house, he snaked their drain as well, but did not ask before doing so. Claiming it was his “discretion” to do it as the resident had stepped outside the house. The final bill he presented was for $1349.95. That is nearly $600 extra to snake two drains. Let me be clear, he was only snaking the drain traps, not some long underground drain on the property. This was a task we could have easily completed on our own. When asked he did not say what the cost would be other than to say “a little extra” - and at the second home he did not even ask. The bill he presented was not itemized in any way. And he had us write the check to him personally rather than to the company. Although he completed the requested repairs, he was neither professional in his presentation and documentation, but he was not ethical. There are honest service providers out there. Look elsewhere to find one. This company is not ethical, and cannot be trusted. To be truthful, he is not someone we would even allow into our homes again. Please be aware this company cannot be trusted.

I need the ice maker fixed on the fridge. Told the company that the water was working and I could still get water from the fridge. He replaced the existing working water hose (steel braided) with a plastic water hose. Didn't fix the problem for making sure the ice maker would work. In fact replacing it not only didn't fix the ice maker but brought a bad taste when getting water out of the fridge. Furthermore after some research using a plastic water hose could cause problem with your insurance if you had water leak because of the plastic hose as compared to a steel braided hose which wouldn't burst. Completely unethical company and would recommend to avoid.
