+ -1 moreAlan is a pleasure to work with. He has been in practice in the Greenbelt area for many years and has developed a loyal following. He responded to my call promptly and quoted a fair price for the work involved. He offered to provide the seed and fertilizer himself or use any that we wanted to provide; he would adjust the price accordingly. He advised us of the best time to do the work, considering the weather conditions. We had to be out of town for a while, and when we returned the work was completed and we could already see the beginnings new sprouts coming up.
Description of Work: Completed Fall lawn care: cut the grass, aerated, seeded and fertilized.

+ -1 moreThis lawn service is the best! We have had issues with other services showing back up regularly; Jason (Alan's son) comes every two weeks, as close to the last date as weather allows. Very nice job and does not leave any clippings anywhere. Heartily recommend this service.
Description of Work: Mows lawn every two weeks, trimming edges as necessary. Per our instructions, clippings are mulched back into the lawn.

Description of Work: Alan Burt is my gardener. He cuts the lawn in my yard. He also cleans the leaves when it falls. He comes once in every 2 weeks or when ever it is necessary.
