+ -1 moreDespite our best efforts to discuss the problem with them professionally, they continued to insist we owed them a great deal of money for services they did not perform. They eventually took a few dollars off the bill (it still came to over $120.00) and we paid it rather than risk having a dishonest company create a blemish on our good credit. Stay away from Rainbow International of Stevensville, MD
Description of Work: Rainbow International was sent to our home in the spring of 2011 to conduct an estimate for some water damage caused by a leaky HVAC unit. Their estimate was way too high, so we informed our insurance company we would make our own repairs. Almost one year later (!) we received a bill from Rainbow for over $175.00 (!) for "emergency water abatement and repair services." This is incorrect, because the water had been removed the previous day by our regular, reputable HVAC company (and Rainbow made no repairs).
