They were very responsive and customer friendly when we first called. We were not in an emergency, since our cars were outside. The technician was also very customer friendly. On Friday he tried to rig the heavy duty spring (seems like it wasn't your typical spring) for our use until he could get a replacement, but our old spring broke in other places. He ordered a another heavy duty spring and installed it Monday.

The team is a family who strive for the best in customer service. The door were installed an the mess was cleaned up. They are very pleasant people to work with.

This is a rental house for us and our renters' car was in the garage when the spring sprung! I called after hours, they responded and got out to the house early the next morning-WHEW!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We have a single garage door. One of the two main springs broke and the door would not open. Based upon recommendations from neighbors, we called Armin's for a service call. We called them on a Monday afternoon and they said they had a major job on Tuesday, but would be at our house on Wednesday morning at 8:00am to 8:30am. A serviceman arrived at our house at 8:00am, reviewed the situation with us and advised us to replace the broken spring and the other spring which was very old. He also suggested that we replace two rollers that needed replacement. We said OK. He completed the work professionally, in a clean manner, and with ease. He was done by 9:00am. He did not try to upsell us a new garage door and electronic door opener, none of which we needed even though this was the original garage door (house built in 1972). He only charged as a total of $177.22 for labor, materials and tax. Excellent work and attitude and a reasonable price. We are very happy will definitely use them again if needed. .
