A Handy Dan

Outstanding. I'm very focused on punctuality. The appointment for the work was 0900 and Dan showed up at 0903. He got right to work and resolved all issues with hinges not being properly aligned and bottom floating trim not being properly raised. He did a superb job of ensuring a nice, tight fit and was pretty set on high quality workmanship. I gotten multiple estimates from Dan and he will be doing multiple jobs on my house in the future from fixing lighting issues to finishing stairs. A definite must hire and far more reliable than all of the contractors I've requested estimates and work from in the past. Dan is really not the normal on the Eastern Shore; he actually shows up, provides the estimates, makes the appointments and shows to do the work. Unusual to say the least.

Dan replaced the crawl space door, including a place to insert a lock. Other vendors told me they could not add a lock to that door; but Dan made it happen. While on site I asked Dan to also check on an exterior leaking faucet. Dan had to do many trips to find the correct part(s) needed.

It was perfect! He was the perfect guy to come in and do some electrical and plumbing work. He did a myriad of things and he did them all perfectly well. I have referred him to many of my friends in Maryland in need of somebody like him. I would use him again if he came to Florida.

He is amazing! I can't say enough great things about Dan. He is very knowledgable, reliable and efficient. He always has the right tools for whatever job he is doing. He is just a pleasure to work with.
