Deep Creek Tile Works

We needed a backsplash and shower floor tiled and the big box store we purchased the tile from could not do the work for nearly a month. We were putting our home on the market so we needed the work done ASAP.We got this contractors name from a local business, called him and he met with us.He gave us a very good price and assured us he would take the job. We specifically told him we were going to cancel the other installation and he said that was fine. After 10 days, I called him and he never called me back. I called every few days, leaving messages but to no avail. Finally, we called him from another number and he answered. He apologized and promised to come do the job that weekend. He never came. He continues to ignore our calls even after I threatened him with a call to the BBB. My husband and I are reasonable, kind people and this contractor took advantage of our trust. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do not even consider using this guy.
