Adam was fantastic!! He was recommended by an experienced HVAC friend of mine who told me Adam is honest, fairly priced and would do a great job, no matter what the problem was. My job was an emergency and more complicated than I had hoped, a several day project. Adam was diligent and efficient and did a terrific job. He kept me posted every step of the way and I could tell he was very experienced and took great pride in his work. He left the house and grounds immaculate when he was done. The icing on the cake is that he is super nice and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend every chance I get!!

Fabulous! best experience with a Master plumber we ever had! He was patient, respectful and took great care while working. Not only was the water treatment system replaced but at 1/2 the cost of a local competing plumbers quote (and we have used that guy for 22 years)!! We have since replaced our water heater with Mr. Lessner as well with equally glowing high marks in every category and again...he gave us a super price on the water heater, took away our old one and did a superior installation! I'm a customer for life!!

I contacted Lessner Services on a Sunday evening and water was restored by 11:00 p.m. on SUNDAY. He certainly could have overchanged given the situation (and didn't). He had to wait for epoxy to set before he could test it. He didn't just wait, he fixed a code issue on the water heater while he was waiting. No difference in charges, as his rates are time based. I would use him again in an instant, but hopefully I won't need to.
