I was very pleased with the initial impression I got during my estimate. The estimator was on time and very courteous. The estimate was reasonable considering the amount of work that was involved in moving all my stuff. On the day of moving, the movers arrived on time and were eager to get the job started. Everything was going great until I witnessed an altercation between two of the workers inside the moving truck. I mentioned to the Foreman what I had seen and he immediately addressed it. Not saying that the young man didn't deserve an "attitude adjustment", I just feel the time and place was poorly chosen. In spite of tempers, the workers still handled my personal items with care and was done with the job earlier than anticipated. They also managed to get the job done for a cost less than originally quoted. The move-in went even smoother than the move-out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced moving/storage company that delivers on what they promise.

Everything went great! They came and did a thorough estimate before the move and gave me a price based on the amount of stuff I had. The estimate was based on a hourly rate for a crew of four with a truck. The number of hours reflected the fact the I was moving from a condo with long hallways and an elevator. When the crew showed up, there were only three. But they located a nearby stairway and completed the entire move in much less time than estimated. When I got the bill, it reflected the actual number of hours, and a reduced hourly rate for the smaller crew. They crew was extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. Nothing was broken and everything was moved into the correct room, which included maneuvering a sleeper sofa into the basement. I would use them in the future and recommend them to anyone, even if you're thinking of renting a truck and doing it yourself. This was far less stressful and worth the money.
