ASC were reliable, professional and reasonable.. The technician (Dan) had good communication with me letting me know when to expect him. The AC had stopped during the night and of course, we were going on a short trip a couple days later. My husband thought it was the capacitor and he was right. ASC didn't stop there, as he checked to make sure that was the only problem. We opted to replace a switch and changed out the filter. He never had to come in the house and he waited to make sure the air was coming out cool. It's been a week and no other problems with the unit. Dan was polite, friendly and wore a mask the whole time despite it being 90+ degrees. We are going to use them from now on.

 + -1 moreASC HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING WAS PUNCTUAL, TIMELY AND HONEST. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION. IT WAS VERY QUICK AND EFFORTLESS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HAVE PROVIDED OUTSTANDING FOLLOW-UP CARE.
Description of Work: ASC HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, INC. INSTALLED A NEW AIR HANDLER, OUTSIDE COMPRESSOR/CONDENSER, AND CONDENSATE PUMP IN MY HOME.
