+ -1 moreIt was horrible! The company forgot where I lived after being 4 hours late. Left a message on my voicemail and then left my area to go do another service. Work was never done.
Description of Work: The provider was unprofessional for many reasons. First this is the second time that my warranty company has used him and he is not prompt and not professional because he did not respoect the fact that I had to ask a friend to take off of work to wait all day to wait for him to come to my house, and never came even after calling him many times. He also complained about getting to the roof of my house. I suggested he use an extension ladder, which many contractors use and he didn't seem keen on the idea. It really took a lot of my time as well as my friends time for no results! Please do not use this contractor and I will report the company to the BBB. Kermit, please hire someone to anser your phone calls while you do the servicing so that you aren't indetated with phone calls and that you are more organized to have the persons information on file so you do not loose the address of properties that you have serviced before. Also, it woudl helpt to have a courtesy call an hour before you come to service someone's house. Also, complianing about someones roof access is not a good start to getting the work they need done. I've had to sleep with my windows up for two days and have had a serious allergy attack while waiting for your service. This should never happen and I reported to my warranty company to agrees that I should not use this company's service in the future. Usually, I am a very flexible person and understand that things happen. However, there is no excuse for what took place. This is America for goodness sake. I've traveled around the world to third world countried and I've gotten better service with limited options than what was provided.

+ -1 moreKermit to the rescue. He fixed our AC promptly. Living in a condo complex, our AC unit was on the roof and a royal PITA to access. Kermit was able to locate our unit in the farm of AC's on the roof and we were cooling off in no time. Thanks Sand S, will definitely do business with you guys in the future.

+ -1 moreMy Trane Air Conditioning System was leaking and I called my home warranty company and requested S and S Heating and Air. This company had done work for me previously and I was extremely satisfied with the job performed. Kermit Smith has been prompt in his arrival on both occasions, professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the system in my home. He informed me of the exact problems and what actions would be taken to correct the problems.
Description of Work: Chemically cleaned the indoor coil, inspected the outdoor coils for lint and debris, verified the refrigerant pressures, and checked the overall operations. I was reminded to replace the Air Filter monthly.

+ -1 moreWe spent about $100. It went very well. I would recommend them. They seemed to be honest and prompt. They came over the weekend and they did not charge us extra. Perhaps that was because I told them I found them through Angies List. I am not too sure. We will use them in the future.
