Wonderful, I had the privilege to have Michael Sipper's services and I tell you what, he was a professional and devoted! I would recommend this company especially Mr. Skipper.

Very happy. I called for an appointment and got one for the next week. They showed up on time and pumped out my septic tank. Very efficient, good job, no mess. Jack Fyock has been our septic pumping company since we moved here in 1990. The price was the same as it was last year - no increase.

Fyock has been cleaning my septic tank for years. Their representatives are very knowledgable and their service has always been professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

This company is horrible. I have scheduled two appointments, took off work to be home as suggested, and both times nobody showed up. Both times I had to call to ask why. Usually it is just an answering service who picks up and can't tell you anything about your appointment or what is going on, just that they can "page the driver". Horrible horrible customer service.

Awful, awful, awful. I can only speak of the customer service with April. I think I've called about 10 times, and 80% of the time, there's a voice message. One call was forwarded to an answering service. Never called back until I raised a stink. Finally calls back....makes an appointment for the next earliest date which was 2 weeks from the day I called. Day comes and no one shows up. I leave another message on her machine. She gets back in 15 minutes to say that driver's truck broke down. Now she tells me? I waited for her service person and I didn't even get a courtesy call until I called her. And she comes with an attitude. Whatever.....I hope i have better luck with another company.

Considering how unfortunate this emergency situation was - we didn't feel comfortable flushing, doing laundry or dishes etc.. we were very appreciative that Fyock Septic turned up less than an hour after we called them! Don was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good advice on taking care of our septic system and did a quick and prompt job on reviewing the situation and emptying our tank. Unfortunately the septic tank was not the problem, but it was important to have them come out and troubleshoot it for us to help locate the problem. This was our second time using this company, the first time was just after we moved into the house 2 years ago for a standard emptying of the tank and the person who came then was also just as friendly, helpful and full of advice. At that time, he warned us that water that was pooling on top of the septic (since the ground over time sank a bit on top of it) was going to lead to problems, and thanks to that input we were able to have that raised before a problem occurred. We definitely plan on using this company regularly in the future for our septic needs! Highly recommend!

Calling to arrange the service was easy. Somebody picked up the phone and was able to schedule a time for me to get my septic tank pumped without me having to leave a message or play phone tag. The 'pumper', Don did showed up towards the tail end of the one hour window that was set during scheduling, he did show up in the window that was provided. Don was very informative and provided information on what my family could do to keep our septic tank healthy. This was not the first time I've used Fyock - however based on the experience I've received from them, I can't think of any reason why I would consider using another provider.

Had a problem getting scheduled but once work was performed everything went well. I would use them again.

All went as expected. They always come when they say they will andI know the price in advance. I highly recommend this company for septic pump outs.

I left a message and they didn't respond over the weekend, but I called them again today to make an appointment. They seem to be available more in the evening for phone calls. They emptied our tank a couple years ago, and he was honest enough to tell us that we could have gone a lot longer without our tank pumped. The septic company that we used previously sends us postcards every year to remind us to pump, even though it is not needed. I appreciate the honesty.

Our experience with Fyock's Septic was extremely positive. Skip came out the same day as called and pumped our septic tank. During the process he talked to us about the possible causes of the issues we were having with the tank backing up. He was incredibly informative and helpful. We will always call Fyock's for any septic related issues or maintenance we have in the future because we were so pleased with the service and Skip's willingness to spend time talking with us about some of the potential issues with our system.

My husband called to make an appointment to have our septic pumped. They were very responsive and set up an appointment for later in the week. Don came out to the house and performed the service very quickly and efficiently. He was a little late, but worked very quickly. He was very personable and professional. He talked to my husband the entire time he was working, and since we are first time home owners he even gave us a quick overview of how the system works and how to keep it running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their septic tank serviced.

Our septic tank was emptied and we got very good advice on how to keep our septic tank in good shape. Would use this company without hesitation again.

I called for emergency service b/c our toilets were starting to back up. My call was answered promptly, and they arrived w/in 2 hrs. We had to do some searching to find the septic tank and then they had to dig it out. Mike Skipper answered all of my questions; when my husband called for an update, Mike got on the phone w/ him and answered all of his questions. Since the tank wasn't overly full, he asked me to flush a toilet to see if it backed up again. When it did, he explained to me that there is a blockage between the house and the septic tank. He told me that we needed to get a roto router person to clean it out, and he even gave me the name of someone who might be able to help. I was stressed about this problem, so I greatly appreciate the wonderful service we rec'd. We will definitely contact them again when we need to have our septic tank taken care of.

Called the company to clean out our septic tank. Upon returning my call the appointment was scheduled for the next day. They came as promised within the 3 hour window and provided helpful advice regarding a potential problem, beyond the scope of the work they do.

I was pleased, and will have no hesitation to call again when needed.

Septic tank collapsed - Skip came over and pumped it and provided referral to company that can connect to public sewer. Fast and courteous service.

The technician that came out was prompt and friendly. Informed us of the work he was going to do and gave us a quick overview of septic tanks since we never had one before. The price was very reasonable compared to the quotes I received from other providers.

Dan arrived on time. He was incredibly professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do, told me the approximate size of my tank and gave me some pointers for how to best care for the system. He pumped the tank, replaced the cap and the job was completed.

They were good and came on time. They broke the cap and I had to go out and buy a new cap.

We called for service and they came out the next day. The price and service was great.

They were professional, timely, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot about septic tanks while speaking with him while he was doing the work. He was a great guy and I would definitely use him again. In fact, we set up a yearly schedule for service.
