He wasn't an artisan, he was a typical salesperson. He was professional. I called him, he called me back. He arrived on time and gave me an interview in a timely fashion.
"Huh? This is an example of why internet reviews are becoming increasingly useless. How do we get A's in every category but 'B' overall? Because he didn't hire us? How does that make any sense?"
It was fine.
"How do we get rated 'A' in every category except price, and 'B' overall? We provide our customer a fixed priced proposal and never bill other than what that proposal reflects. Our customers know exactly what they'll be billed before we show up."
