+ -1 moreAndy was at our houyse within 8 hours of when we called him with the original problem, even though it was 8pm on a weekday and he was on several other jobs during the day. (In other cases, he has come over on a weekend.). After diagnosing the problem, he took the desk tp unit away for a couple of days and was back with everything restored and working perfectly. He is honest and resourceful.
Description of Work: We have used Andy Malmgren for several years and he has been terrific. Be it a simple problem or a complex problem, he handles it with thoroughness and excellence. Recently our entire system was wiped out by a virus. He salvaged all our files, including photos, ran all diagnostic teste to check out the hardware, replaced all the software, added new security software and linked up a back-up storage unit then set everything up.
