I cannot express enough how terrible my experience with Window Nation has been. Terry Kuntz, the salesperson who sold us on the 18-month no-interest financing option in 2023, completely misrepresented the financing. The contract didn't explicitly lay out the promotional terms, to which I reminded him that it should be included. He just told me to "use this email response as a confirmation" that the promotional terms still apply. Well, it turns out, they do not. What’s worse is the complete lack of follow-up. After realizing I had been misled, I tried to contact Terry for clarification, but they have vanished into thin air. I’ve sent countless emails and I can't even leave a voicemail. This company’s customer service is abysmal, and their ethics are seriously questionable. Save yourself the headache and look for a more trustworthy company. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. We just filed a complaint through Better Business Bureau (BBB) and are exploring other legal actions.

It’s been 7 weeks since WN installed my replacement windows, leaving multiple large gaps in my siding that they contractually agreed to replace as part of the install. Constant contact with their support teams has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. When are you going to fix the holes you left in my house, WN? This company is a joke - high pressure sales tactics to get you to put your signature on the contract, then after that slap their garbage windows in with zero attention to detail, and ignore any attempt you make to rectify the problem. The photo is what I have now, which they seem to feel is a satisfactory solution - pieces of scrap PVC screwed into the gaps. Thanks a lot, scam artists. Avoid this company at all costs.

These people sell you WINDOWS for thousands of dollars. Measure a window wrong it takes six weeks to get the right one. After waiting six weeks they install a defective screen and I have called, got the salesman on the phone ,who was going to take care of it still nothing and it is Thanksgiving week

Had windows replaced a couple of years ago. After tilting one of the windows to clean and returning the tilted window to the frame the window would not go all the way back down. I called Window nation service and was first told that since I removed the window there was nothing they could do. I explained again I tilted the window and did not remove it. After being kept on hold for approximately 20 minutes I was told I would be getting a call back in a couple of days. I explained that this was a dinning room window that could not be closed or locked and it would be a safety issue to leave it as is. The response was our service department is busy and will get to you when they can make it out and it will be a couple of days before they can discuss when they can get out. The process will take a week or more. As you can tell Window Nation really cares about you and the safety of your family after you make a purchase. I asked to talk to a manager but after holding for another 10 minutes I hung up. I would suggest when shopping for windows consider how the company supports actual issues.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Initially, the sales rep took the time to explain every facet of the process, history and quality assurance of the company before, during and after installation of my windows. All next steps given were followed up promptly by a courteous customer service rep through emails and text messages. An expert came out and measured all windows for precise fitting. He then also made me aware of next steps. While I awaited for my windows to be custom made, I received periodic messages providing anticipated dates due to shortage of materials. Once my windows were ready for installation, a date and time was scheduled for a team to come to install the windows. My Oh MY!!! Did they send me the BEST crew ever!!! The team lead walked with me to each window location in my home to ensure the measured window would be installed in the right location per the measurement appearing on the window pane left by the measurer. The crew worked steadfastly throughout the day. They took a brief lunch break. The crew members paused to address any questions my sister or I had. They were polite and friendly. This crew completed the task just before a fierce thunderstorm rolled through the area. During the inspection walk, we noticed one window pane was broken. NO worries, the crew leader had already contacted headquarters to place a replacement order. In a day or so following the installation, a representative reached out to me to explain next steps! My home feels so much cozier and sound since the installation of the windows. I have had to make adjustments to my thermostat because my home stays cooler longer! the product is fine. the installation is not professional and absolutely no contact from Window Nation after 3 attempts and 3 weeks! choose another company!

The Window Nation salesperson came and spent initial 20 minutes disparaging other products and other companies. When he learned I was planning on making a decision in 10 days, after soliciting estimates from a couple of other companies and conducting a full energy audit next week, he informed me that "it is company policy not to provide written estimates" and that "the price I give you is good for only today". Further he did not measure or even look at more than 1 of the 9 windows (they are different sizes) and quoted a price of $1,200 per window. This price is significantly higher than all of the quotes I have received thus far - all of which came from competitors willing to provide written and reasonably time-bound estimates, which sell better rated windows, and with much higher service reviews.

Do NOT use Window Nation for new windows. They hire contractors off the street to install the windows. Two of the windows were installed crooked. In addition Window Nation severely damaged my new shutters. It has been 5 months and they are still not replaced. Window Nation is WAAAAY overpriced for such shoddy work and no customer service to fix the damage to my house. Wish I had used Thompson Creek!

The process went extremely well. The installation team arrived on time and prepared for work. The installation process of 11 windows went surprisingly quick. Upon completion they completely cleaned and packed up; the foreman walked me through the work performed and explained how to operate the windows, including how open and lock the windows and how to prepare for cleaning. The overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Window Nation.

Sales and install team were outstanding. Very pleased with the finished product.

There were problems with the manufacturer, they lost the large window, and it took almost 2 weeks to get straightened out, but once it was the installation went very well. The installation crew was very polite, explained every step and left no mess, very professional.

The 7 workers came on time working in great homonyms. When fished all the old windows and debris were removed and the floor was vacuumed.

It's been a NIGHTMARE dealing with WINDOW NATION..The company takes your money and provides the most rude and unprofessional services. It's been almost 7 months and I have 90 percent of my windows installed. I've taken off work twice and both times they've screwed me around. Michelle, the productions manager can careless about your concerns and issues but the most bothersome thing for me is after sending tons of emails to upper management Rick and the owner Harley, no one responds. If you could only see how bad my house looks sitting on the corner. HORRIBLE!!Check out the photos. Remind you, I was to receive ALL new windows and capping for the addition windows to look the same as the new ones..This company is only out for the BUCK..I SAY TO YOU DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

It COULDN'T have gone better. The installation crew was punctual, professional and did EXCELLENT work. There were extra stairs involved, but they took them in stride with no complaints what-so-ever. I would give Window Nation TEN stars if they were available - an absolutely professional experience from sales consultation to installation.

Very well. The work crew were professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and did an excellent job. The interior framing of the largest window was rotted and had old termite damage, so the crew replaced that with the appropriate type of wood framing.

Everything went very well. The sales rep Derek Highsmith was outstanding, he explained in details the different window options and provided us with accurate information on what to expect throughout the whole process. The customer service team DeVonte Davis, Taylor Thomas and Hamaad M. were great to work with and kept us informed of the status of our order. The installers were very professional and new what they were doing. Overall, we are very satisfied with the process.

the installers were very efficient working together. One of the gentleman introduced himself. No one was on top of each other. He explained how to use the windows, which I already knew but he was thorough. They cleaned up nicely too.

First and foremost the sales rep Terry Kuntz was awesome! Very professional and pleasant to work with. He helped us achieve the look we wanted within our budget. And the installation team was excellent! they worked efficiently to safely move furniture and things out of the way, worked diligently to complete the work on time, then walked us through on how to operate our new windows. We are very pleased with the look and the quality of the work done.

My experience with Window Nation was the absolute WORST! I would never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy. First of all my appointment was between 11am and 2pm. The installers didn't arrive at my home until 4pm. It was in December and the sun sets at 4:45pm in the fall/winter months. There was no way that 4 windows could be installed in 1 hour so I asked the guys not to do anything until I call WN. By the time I came back outside, they had already knocked the windows out so I had no choice but to let them carry on. They were literally working in the dark outside of using my electricity to plug in their extension cord with their light so they could see. That didn't work out to well because the next day when I came out to look at the work that was done, I found my flower bed and the solar lights in it DESTROYED and full of glass and debris, My siding split in three places, all of the wires on the side hanging down, the gate to my backyard was broke, the screens on the newly installed window to my laundry room was flimsy and bent. I e-mailed the owners Harley & Aaron Magden TWICE trying to reach out but neither one of them has gotten in touch with me. It has been 9 months and I am STILL dealing with this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE situation. Not only has this been HURTFUL, it has been HUMILIATING and DISRESPECTFUL!! NO MORE WINDOW NATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
