Overall, I will not recommend Window Nation to anyone. We purchased our windows October 23, 2020; the installation did not happen until January 23, 2021. When I ask for an update on my order in December the response was the windows have been ordered. The installation was completed but 3 of the windows were delivered without screens and the screens on the others do not fit properly. I was told by Jay (the installer) that he would order new screens and to date I have not heard anything about the replacements. Also in some areas it looks like a child did the caulking. For the price I paid, I expected better customer relations and better quality control. Regards, Christo Sedor

Excellent service. The installers were on time and did a very good job in a timely fashion. They cleaned all areas when they were done. They showed me how to work the windows.

The service was great from the very beginning. The salesman came to our home to give us an estimate. He was very professional and patient with us while showing us the various window samples. The customer service was also great as they sent us e-mails to inform us of the scheduling date. We felt very comfortable with Window Nation and knew that we chose the right company to replace our windows. We had every window in our home replaced except for the kitchen window (which was just replaced) due to home construction in February 2020. Also, my brother and his wife referred Window Nation to us because they replaced the windows in their home, and they were also very pleased with Window Nation. That was a plus as well! The gentlemen that installed our windows were very professional, friendly and courteous (an added plus). Overall, I rate Window Nation with five stars!

Called Window Nation and explained proble. They asked me to send them a picture of the serial # on the sash and I also sent a picture showing how the seal was defective. Received a response very quickly and they said they would order a new sash and as soon as it was ready the would call to set up appointment to install. Installer arrived was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After installing the sash he did not like the look of the stop latch. He removed and replaced it with a newone on the spot. Very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.

It was ok except when the guys were done the windows has hand prints on them. We asked if they wee going to clean them and the guy said no. You do yourself

Was told Window Nation used their own workers. Not true. They used contractors. Did not replace j channel on outside of windows. So new windows, old channel. Salesman did not respond to our complaint at time of install.

Very well. They install happened until he earlier half of the window of time they offered. They were done quickly and efficiently, and the end result was a well installed window. The only issue was one of the windows was not in stock yet, so they had to come back 2 days later to install one last window. This was done extremely quickly and efficiently.

Delayed but job-well-done! The workmanship was very professional and timely. The product quality is as expected--high. The workers were careful in and out of the house to cause minimal disruption. The clean-up afterword was very good. Definitely would recommend Window Nation to neighbors and friends.

Our first call with our salesperson went perfectly. He talked to us about the company, the products they offered, and how easy the process would be. We initially talked about replacing all the windows in our house, plus our sunroom. During that conversation, we agreed on replacing 2 large bay windows, 6 individual windows in total. The agreement was signed on 06/14/20 with an original install date in August. The day came and went, I never heard anything from anyone after signing that agreement. I called the company for an update and spoke with someone to schedule a technician to come out and measure the windows that we were replacing. About another 3 weeks went, so I reached out to the salesperson I originally spoke with. They told me that "due to the overwhelming amount of business" that my new expected delivery date would be 11/27/20. I put a note on my calendar to remind myself to followup around then with the salesperson, so I emailed on 11/12/20 requesting another update. I was told to contact my "local CFM" to assist - I have no idea what that is. So I called the company again on 12/28/20 and explained everything. The operator told me she would email the install department and they would reach out to me - nope. So I called back again on 01/12/20 and was transferred to the install department. I was told that only 1 out of 6 windows was in their warehouse. I asked for an ETA on the rest, she informed me that she would get back to me by the end of the day with more information. Someone did, which was great. Apparently, all 6 of my windows were there. News to me! I have no idea how long they were there or how long it was going to take to let us know. The only reason I'd rehire this company again is that the installers did a great job, that's the only reason.

Great windows - great installation - no problems! Everything was as specified in the contract. The installers are employees of Window Nation, not subcontractors. They showed up on time, were very professional, and were done in 4 hours. They covered all the floors before working and cleaned up inside and out after they were done. The windows are well made and a beautiful upgrade to our home. We noticed an immediate difference in warmth and noise control. We're so pleased with everything!

We had a great meeting with Blaine who talked us through the best options for us. We didn't feel pressured and felt comfortable doing business with them. Unfortunately we are getting ready to move and decided to hold off on getting windows. We will definitely choose Window Nation if we needed windows in the future.

Purchase 9 windows and had to reschedule the installation. I called twice before someone said they needed to reschedule. Then, had to renegotiate the final contract price because I found another licensed contractor who had comparable windows for cheaper. Window Nation was supposed to refund the difference plus $200. They reneged. One year later the windows have not held up well. Rockville MD

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Needed to completely redo one of our windows in master bedroom and have a good 1-2 cm between window and frame. Needless to say they had someone come out several weeks after initial install all the while we have this nice big breeze in the dead of winter coming through in our MASTER ABEDROOM! It’s been weeks since the second guy came out to inspect the ****** up window and he told me someone would call that day or the following to schedule and get out to get reinstalled and would you know it... I’ve been passed around everytime I call and no one has called or taken my call to get this fixed. Do NOT recommend and never again! Terrible terrible business

It went well. Crew arrived on time and worked continually until job was finished. 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. They were courteous and helped get the blinds and brackets down since I am older and lived by myself.

The three person crew were super professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The product is suberp and the crews used bt-y Wuindow Nation are phenomenal. Just great. If I need releavant to WN work again I will not hesitate to call! Triple AAA PLUS rating..

Aside from a delay in original install date (due to Covid), the job was performed in a prompt, safe and professional manner. Windows are an EXPENSIVE investment but something that is necessary to keep your home safe and warm/cool. We did check with 2 other area providers and though they were all in the same price range, we felt confident that the material and services we were going to receive from Window Nation were superior to the others (including the lifetime guarantee on the screen replacements!) The Window Nation experience was absolutely great, from start to finish. From the moment we placed the call to schedule an appointment, it was courteous, professional service all the way to the installation and follow up call from the warranty dept. The scheduling was flexible. The product was as promised and the installation was done very efficiently and professionally by Marcin, Jack and Freddie. Our initial contact was Kevin V. who was amazing and made us feel very comfortable as he helped us make an informed decision on our purchase. Manufacturing/delivery took longer than agreed upon. However, windows & patio door look great. Installers did an excellent job.

Excellent. He came in replaced the broken window sash. All work done within 15 minutes.
