The Window Nation’s service after the installation was bad and they charges extra up front if there is a problem. About two years ago, we had WINDOW NATION to replace all of the roof, siding, windows, and doors for our house. Before signing contract with us, they told us their jobs would fix any potential problems, especially roof leaking. About a month ago, there was a leaking in one of our bedrooms during rain. I contacted the custom service of WN. Surprisingly they asked my credit card 1st and claimed it's their policy for doing any work. $150 was charged right away! A gentleman named Leo came and looked it, and he told us that he would send some technician to do further inspection. After not being heard from NW about a week, I called WN for the status, a lady named Michelle told me the problem was fixed. She claimed a technician came and cleaned the gutter and the repairing is done. Several days ago, it leaked again during rain. I called Window Nation many times, each time I talked to different lady, each time I was told their manager would contact me, but no manger contacted me. I called aging two day ago, finally a manger named Brissa talked to me. But she refused any more services and blamed out gutter. By the way, our gutter was replaced before the Window Nation new roof installation. So Window Nation charged us $150 without even fixing our roof leaking problem.

They were good. Two people came to do the work. It took one day to complete the work. They just got it done, I mean they did what I asked them to do. They workers didn't speak English, so I was trying to communicate at some point, they were Spanish speaking, which is fine, but I don't thing they understood some things that I was trying to say. One guy spoke some English, but I don't think he understood fully what I was trying to communicate at the time.

It was great. I would use them again. They delivered what they said they would. They finished within the timeframe they said they would. The workers were great. They were fast, efficient, and they tidied up after themselves.

It was great. We did a comparison, so we went with them because we got a better price and the type of windows we wanted. I would say they were better than the other 4 companies that we reached out to. They cleaned up behind themselves wonderful, they were here and did everything they said they were going to do.

The whole experience was great. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products and worked with me and my needs. The installation team were polite and explained the job. They put down runners and tarps to protect the floors. They cleaned up the job site you would never know they were there. They were very polite and respectful.

Great service from the salesperson as well as technicians. Would recommend to anyone and would use again!

My husband and I looked to Angie's List to select 3 companies to come and give us estimates on replacing all the windows in our house. Window Nation was the first one that came. When they arrived, we indicated that we had 2 more companies that we were going to get estimates from and that we would not be making a decision that day. After their presentation about the quality of the windows and measuring the windows, they proceeded to come up with a price for the job. When we indicated again that we would not be making a decision right then, he proceeded to tell us that we could sign a contract and would have 3 days to rescind it. My husband went on to tell him we are NOT making a decision now until we have heard the other companies proposals. The salesman kept pushing us to decide right then. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. They would not even leave us a copy of the prices they had quoted and said that we would be receiving something by email, which we never did. Even after the salesman left, he called about 10 minutes later and offered an even lower price and he was still told by us that we did not want to make a decision right away. After our experience, we would never recommend this company.

Great. They were on time and ready to work. They cleaned after they were finished. It was a professional job.

I had the windows in my second floor replaced. The price and quality of the windows could not be beat by any other company. My only complaint would be a slight mess left by the installation crew. The company did reach out in an attempt to remedy this issue, but I had already cleaned the mess. I would recommend them in the future.

We were generally satisfied with the work they did. I think they did the instillation properly, and they came when they were suppose to come. They finished in one day, and there were no problems with the instillation. The only complaint that I may have is that we had a little trouble with getting the choices for window color and sash color. We had asked for some samples, we needed to make sure that the windows were consistent, and the same color as the other windows. It wasn't totally Window Nations fault, but we had to call several times to get the chips. That's really the only complaint that I have. It wasn't totally clear for the price breakdown, how much each window was, and the instillation. Quality was good.

Terrific. They responded to my first inquiry very quickly, the initial sales meeting was scheduled at a convenient time (although the person came at the very end of the time slot) and the sales pitch was not overly sales-y. The communication was good and professional at all times. The installation was scheduled pretty easily. They sent reminders. The workmen showed up on time, performed the work, cleaned up, someone came to make sure all was going well, they finished in a timely manner - it all went smoothly.

They were amazing. I like the fact that everything was explained to me, there was no surprises. With the siding, while it was being done, the crew chief, said there was an better way to do it, at no extra charge.

One replacement window was sized wrong by Window Nation rep. When the installer came, he removed bathroom window and then showed us that the window he had to install was way too small. We were face with either dealing with a large hole in the wall OR hoping the installer could Macgyver it .... He created some filler wood in the sides. So now we have a smaller window and it looks to hard to change. But it is what it is. The main issue is the terribly cheap screens we paid for. 3 already have tears in them from zero use.

They didn't bargain very well, they were high. They are excellent as far as the work is concerned. They had to worry about the lead problems it's an older house and everything was done clean they dropped on the clause, plastics which they took away, any dust was vacuumed up, it was very little dust and they were fast, they knew what they were doing going out, well they brought in a crew of about four people here at one time and they were out in about three hours. Very pleasant, excellent. The price could be lower.

Very well. Our sales person was very nice--did her job, but did not strongarm us for the sale. The pitch can be a little long but she did move it along as she saw we knew what we wanted and didn't want. The installation team was great--very efficient, did everything in a day, cleaned up well and were very respectful of our family and home.

Great, everything was completed as promised

I made an appointment. They called twice to confirm. Then the sales guy calls the day of the appointment to say "just text him a photo". He acts like we didn't have an appointment and cavalierly cancels it. Then he ignores the texted photo. Meanwhile I start getting emails from WindowNation asking me to reschedule the appointment they think I cancelled. Huge waste of time.

I did not hire this company because they did not contact me regarding my request for an estimate aside from saying "Perfect, thanks."

They would not do the windows since the house we are renovating is not going to be our residence.

Kudos to your service team for an excellent installation of our new sliding glass door. From the time I placed the order to the time the service techs left my home, your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. You kept me informed regarding the ordering process, delivery date and time. Your techs showed up on time, advised me of the process for removing the existing door and installing the new one. After they completed the job, they instructed me on how to use the door; the safety lock on the screen and well as how to keep the door in tip top shape. After the techs left, I could not tell a trace of them ever being in my home. They were meticulous, courteous and professional. Your training goes far beyond many other companies out there. I am sure that is due to your extraordinary leadership in the installation department and company. Keep up the good work. Companies like yours will always shine and show their value.
