Do not trust salesman when they come to your home. They tell you they do not hire sub contractors. They claim they only use trained in house installers. False false false. A beat up pickup truck with no name identifying who they where showed up. Trash,tools and my windows piled up in the exposed bed busted window covered with tape and cardboard is what showed up to my home. The service from the crew was the same as their truck. Sloppy unprofessional and a complete mess. Windows not finished in a day (which according to the salesman “ are guys can do 22 windows in a day so since you are getting 11 windows they will definitely be done in a day”) Quality of windows are not what salesman showed either. When you open them they pop out of track and fall down to the clean position. They rub against the safety latches and do not have a smooth open and close motion. When opening them you can also feel the whole window moving in the frame. Called help line for window nation and won’t get a response till Monday. I do not recommend this company and I am surprised they have such a great rating on Angie’s List.

Was sold a professional crew job completed in a day and a high quality window. Crew didn’t finish left trash in yard and didn’t let me know when they would return. Windows fall out of track when you open them. Caulking around window very sloppy. When I questioned crew they told me they were doing their best. Called their not THRILLED line and was told since it was Friday after 5 I probably wouldn’t hear from anyone till Monday. Even though my windows are not completed and thunderstorms are due to happen all weekend. I would not recommend this company and I am surprised that they have gotten outstanding reviews from Angie’s List.

So far so good. Installation was quick and very well done I think. Workers were very good and seemed dedicated to their job. Windows look very nice and crew did an excellent job installing them. They also did a very good job cleaning up after.

Proceed with caution! Here is my review to inform the people of the east coast of what may happen to you when working with Window Nation. We discovered our windows were leaking in our home, and we had scheduled an appointment with Window Nation to replace all windows in our home. The initial appointment on 3/13 went very well. My wife and I came out of the meeting very confident and satisfied with the route we were going. Our main concern in contacting Window Nation is if they would be able to remedy the wood rot in the studs under the windows. Everything was exposed, and I had removed all the drywall prior to the consultation and they clearly stated that they would be able to complete the job. We put down an almost $3,000 deposit, signed a contract, and walked away from the meeting excited. The other potential hurdle was the HOA, but we would have new windows 2-3 weeks after the HOA approval. A few days went by and they had reached out to us for the initial measuring appointment as they said they would. The rep came to our home and measured everything, and again did not speak to us of any concern with the rotting wood underneath the windows. 3/29 Window Nation contacted us again to set up a 2nd measuring appointment, saying that the previous tech had found potential structural damage and that they would need to send out another tech. Keep in mind that this is the same damage that has been there from the beginning that they had pictures of on 3/13. On 3/29 we confirmed an appointment for 4/4 between 2:30-3:30 PM, and I was able to move my schedule around to work from home and accommodate. No one ever showed up... I contacted them again on 4/5 around noon, letting them know the tech never showed and they let me know someone could be there at 1. The tech came out and there was concern about the wood rot, but again no indication that they were not going to do the work. Fast forward to 4/10, I sent a follow up email after the 2nd measuring appointment stating our HOA approval meeting was the next day, asking for a status update, and outlining the situation. No response was received. On 4/12, I sent an email stating that our HOA had approved the color change on the windows and asking what the next steps are. No response was received. I called on Friday 4/13 just to confirm they received my email for HOA approval, the rep said the order was in processing and someone would reach out to me on Monday or Tuesday. No call was ever received. I called the company again on Wednesday because I noticed a pending transaction (4/17) for a refund of our deposit, this is the first time I have indication that they are not doing the work, and this was over a month after we put our money down and had our initial consultation. The messed up is they refunded the deposit and never ever reached out to us. I called them Wednesday and talked to a rep, no answers and "someone will call you tomorrow." I called Thursday after waiting all day, no answers "someone will call you tomorrow." Finally, I called on Friday and demanded to speak to a manager and that is the only point where I had someone tell me they canceled the contract. They still haven't provided a viable reason as to why they said they could do the work and took a lot of our money up front when there was uncertainty. At the end of the day we are sitting here for over a month with open walls, without insulation, and with Window Nation holding our $3,000. All while we could have gone with someone else and had our work already complete. Side note: they only send out the link to complete their survey after your job is completed, so take the "3rd party survey" results with a grain of salt. It only includes reviews from completed jobs and not all interaction with the company.

Very good experience. I had 14 windows installed. The salesperson, Chris, was outstanding: extremely knowledgeable and no pressure, he let the product sell itself. I have an old house and several of the windows were large and very off sizes. Chris was very creative and offered several options. The person who measured was on time and very efficient. The installers were on time and worked continuously until all of the windows were installed. Several of the windows were very challenging to remove, but the installers were great. Pricing was very competitive. Overall, awesome!

Everything went well and as outlined and discussed before the work began. The salesman, installers and quality control representative were all very professional and everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

There are a lot of window companies out there and sometimes it's hard to compare apples to apples. Window Nation was very customer-service focused and intent on making sure we were thoroughly satisfied. They were timely, professional, and easy to work with. I feel we received a good price since we had all of our windows replaced. Windows Nation also strongly stands behind their products.

Window Nation had over the years replaced all windows, exterior doors, and siding on my house. Thus when it came to replacing the roof, naturally I called for an estimate; but I got two others as well. Other companies' bids were approx. $13k and $21k (plus cost of whatever plywood needed replacement) WindowNation: appx.$14k. So based on past experience, I chose WindowNation. The installers came at 7:00 AM on the day promised and finished and cleaned up by 5:00 PM. In the middle of the day a supervisor stopped by to check in with me and he stayed a while to watch the work. A considerable number of sheets of the plywood decking were spongy and needed replacement. The added cost was very fair. The materials and workmanship are fine and the roof weathered its first winter -- including the big windstorm -- just fine. I expected the job to turn out well and it did. I'm very pleased.

Their windows are excellent, using high quality materials. We immediately noticed less noise from the outside and they provide an airtight seal. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. We could not be happier with their work!

They charged too much and did not do good work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am very unhappy with their service. The quality of the service and product are not the best. Buyer beware.

The installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time. They worked at a nice pace and maintained cleanliness. There were issues that needed to be taken care of when i checked the windows before they left. Mainly dealing with the capping (WD) of the windows. That was corrected at the time. One double hung window was installed unevenly. The installer notified his boss about the measurement of the window. Customer service called me and i told the person the problem. After taking pictures and sending customer service an email, the window was remade and installed 2 weeks later. Everyone i dealt with was very nice and assured me that customer satisfaction was important to the company. Now i am satisfied with the work. One issue concerning the flex screens. Its difficult to move them up because they don't have any type of grip to grab onto. Also, when i put them up so that i can lower the top window, the screen doesn't want to stay in place. I like lowering the top window to get air in the house without the cat being able to come into contact with the screen.

I had 19 windows installed by window nation, and was so pleased with the work and product, that they were the first company I contacted to replace my front door. I ultimately chose them to install the new front door as well. The window pricing was great, and every single person involved from sales to installation was polite and professional. The product is great, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The door pricing is slightly higher than I had hoped, but I still chose them for the quality of the product compared to the quality of product from other manufacturers, and already knowing the quality of the work. They never disappointed me, and I highly recommend this company.

It went very well, very nice professional crew. We had one slight miscommunication about the exterior finishes on a few windows but the issue was resolved to our satisfaction in a timely manner. The customer service representative was great, very responsive, someone came out quickly to see what needed to Be done and the job was completed as promised.

Well, service was prompt and efficient. However, some windows and patio door needed tweaking and adjusting. Servicemen were very responsive and clean.
