Overall awesome experience from first phone call speaking with Richard Hansen. He was very professional and provided me with all the information and options I needed to make a decision. Communication through emails was perfect stating any appointments and when the windows would be installed. Installers did a great job, punctual, explained how windows work, sealed everything tight, respected the house and property, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Highly recommend. Would definitely use their service again!

Steer clear of this inferior company. The installation was botched and 20 days later I'm still trying to get it resolved. The installation took two days instead of one since they forgot to put the sliding glass door on the truck, and then they left screws all over my driveway. Fortunately my neighbor saw such before I punctured my tires backing up. The installation crew also kept leaving doors open and almost let my cats out as I discovered one couldn't speak English and simply nodded and said "yes" no matter the question. Customer service is failing to schedule an appointment to fix the installation issue and didn't send me the warranty information for the screens, and accounting didn't send me a paid in full receipt. Good times for $7500 by a company that literally did only one thing correctly...and that was taking my money.

We have been extremely pleased with the entire Window Nation family. Each person from Marion Mosher in sales, to the install staff, and all the staff in-between are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The four windows installed represent the third install in our home (12 windows total). We are looking forward to getting our dinning room windows replaced this summer and will call you when we are ready to set the contract. Thank you all so much!

I could honestly not asked for anything more than Window Nation delivered! From the initial sales meeting with Terry, who provided a very comprehensive (yet not not overly long) overview of their windows and service, all the way through installation, every step was 5 star. We had to replace all 28 original 5-+ year old wooden Anderson windows in our house. Based on my research, I was expecting a $28K - $40K investment, but the price was less than I expected, plus getting a far superior window to the big box stores off-the-shelf ones. We signed up that night. Custom measurements were done within 2-3 days of that and just over 4 weeks later they were being installed, even though they advised me it would be about 6-8 weeks for the windows to be custom produced. Was also advised installation would likely take 2 days for that many windows, but their crew of 4 guys finished in one day. They started at 8:30am and finished by just after 6pm. Not only was the window installation excellent (I found absolutely no flaws in my very thorough inspection both inside and out), but they cleaned up so well behind themselves that you would never know they had been in the house, let alone replaced every window in the house! I was expecting, as with most contractors it seems, that we would be cleaning up dirt and dust inside and picking up wood splinters and old caulk and paint chips from outside every window, but there was literally nothing left behind! Love the windows and their very easy to remove and reinstall Flex-Screen. I could not have been happier with the entire experience.

It was perfect! The guys showed up on time, they were very professional and courteous. They were done faster than was expected and I could not be happier with my new windows. I would recommend Window Nation and my sales rep Mick to anyone who is looking for new windows. Could not be happier!!!!

Professional, Friendly, Respectful, Responsible and they cleaned up afterwards. Upon inspection , 1 screen arrived damaged. I called and expressed my concern. An appointment was scheduled for a few weeks later. Dave arrived and did an excellent job replacing the screen. I am now totally happy with the service. The windows are beautiful! I will refer and do business again.

Terrible. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I have emailed 3 times (including one email on the day of installation) and called three times as well. The windows are not custom to my house, rather "semi-custom". For the price charged, I expect what was ordered. Their customer service has been non-responsive at best and insulting the one time I actually managed to speak to someone.

Install went smoothly. Arrived on time. Finished on time. They look beautiful.

The team leader/foreman arrived a few minutes before the team and supplies. He introduced himself and walked the house with me to see the rooms and access to each window and slider. When the team arrived, they introduced themselves and began setup being very respectful of my teleworking in another room. Installation and cleanup in each room were performed and went smoothly answering my questions while working.

Windows were installed as promised and workers were professional and courtesy. They did a wonderful job

It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I had 18 windows installed and the install team worked flawlessly. The salesperson Derek was great, I can't say enough good things about them. I recommended them to a friend who purchased also.

Installation was delayed by months (understood Covid could have caused this) My believe is they oversold their services, because of Covid. Salesman TERRY told several non-truth statements: Buy 2 Get 2 False !, Never seen a break down of windows on an invoice, just a total of 13 windows, Also told us we were entitled to a FREE WEEK at a "Condo Express Unit. Condo Express ask for an $100.00 filing fee, (very understandable) But when going to reserve a condo we were asked to pay another rental fee, at a minimum of $199.00 , If there is a unit available, So what was FREE? Told that Install team would be employees of W.N. False Actually they employees of the window manufacturer. So dealing with service is a real pain, don't know who to call and when you talk to one companies they point the finger at the other, GOOD LUCK !! Not one of the install team spoke English, so there was no communication with the team during installation was possible Install team left a mess of caulking on furniture in several rooms Install team used 4 of 4 bathrooms in the house without permission (one medicine cabinet was opened, just saying) Kitchen window wrong size was delivered, but installed anyway Kitchen window overhang fell 3" when old window was removed and even raised to proper position. Several Flex Screen were torn when delivered, all screen were replaced but weeks later

Initially our Sales Rep was great! Very friendly and thorough throughout the Estimate. I was a little shocked by the price and the pressure to make a down payment the same day. If we didn’t move forward by 5 PM that day our “offers will expire”. We moved forward anyways. We signed a contract in October of 2020. After multiple calls, being pulled around, and no real updates, we scheduled our installation in January of 2021. The only other con was when they arrived in January, one window was the wrong model. The old window had already been uninstalled. Our job was finally finished in March of 2021. Overall the quality of work was good. I don’t recommend using Window Nation if you’re in a hurry. It was frustrating to spend thousands of dollars and have the job take so long. I’ve read other reviews saying there were many delays along the way.

Kirk Brown & Hamaad M, The installers that you send to our home did a wonderful job, it was like a work of art done by two great craftsmen, they had a system of execution that was completed with professionalism. I was not sure that someone could possible install all these windows in one day, but they did it, with some daylight still left in the day. Overall the windows and sliding door look nice. I was disappointed with the amount of debris and scrap left in my front and backyard. I found large and small pieces of sharp metal trim that was used for install, large screws/nails, small screws/nail, a razor blade, and other various debris. It's definitely a safety hazard to my young kids and dogs. I have done multiple cleanups an still randomly find more debris. The initial team also forgot to install a screen door on my sliding door, WN has scheduled another install day for the screen door.

It was an awesome experience. Window Nation’s customer service is outstanding and the installers were on time, professional and neat. I actually hired them to replace the windows in my mother’s home and I’ve recommended them to friends.

Great. Window Nation is a great company for your window needs. Not pushy at all. And, Couldn't have asked for better installers. Hamaad M and his father were very professional and hard working. They installed 12 windows in no time at all not sacrificing quality work. They did it when it was snowing/freezing rain. Hamaad helped so much in taking down blinds I had not had a chance to take down and worked around furniture that could not be removed completely. Highly, highly recommend Hamaad M for any job. You want professionals, you can get no better.

we were missing a screen, they had to come back and redo the caulking. i also notice some bulging of caulking on the outside of the window in the front of the house, please have someone stop by to fix that issue.

The crew did a great job and were very cordial. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my furniture. Everything was above expectations.

I am not happy at all with WindowNation and I do NOT recommend them for others. First, pricing. I replaced 6 windows for my English basement and they came out to be over $1000 per window. Keep in mind these are not regular, full size windows but half size for the basement. And WindowNation is supposed to be running a buy 3, get 3 free promotion. So their windows are normally $2000 each? I did not notice the price until after I signed the contract so shame on me for falling for this bait and switch of offering a good deal and then charging you the full price (or more?). So consider yourself warned - make sure you get the discount or do not trust them. Second, false advertising. Their newspaper ads will tell you that they source windows locally. Well, mine came from a manufacturer in Ohio. Nothing against Ohio but this is misleading. AND because it was coming all the way from Ohio, it took more than three months from the contract signing to window installation (well, the first installation, they measured one window wrong so I had to wait another 2 months to get a replacement window). Three months! If you are in a hurry, consider this. Third, the salesperson gave me a whole hour presentation to tell me how awesome their windows are. The windows I got? Meh. They stick and not easy/smooth to operate. I raised this issue with them and they told me it's because the windows have tight seal for water and weather proofing. So...you cannot make smooth opening/closing, easy to operate windows without compromising weather seal? Not what I would expect from $1000+ window. The crew was nice (although both times arrived at the tail end or after the promised time window of the appointments) and so were the people I talked on the phone. But they definitely passed the buck on each other when I raised these issues. I will not work with them again and I do not recommend them to my friends and neighbors, either.

From start to finish they did a great job. Scheduling the install went smooth. We got lucky with the weather. The installers showed up a few minutes early. They were courteous and clean. They also enjoyed the pizza that I ordered for us. But when my wife came home from work to see the new front of our house she was blown away! The windows look so good. Thanks Window Nation!

This is my second time writing a review. It should not take this long for Window Nation to make good on a promise to make corrections to 8 windows that were installed in November 2020. When the installers were here in November they removed all the outside casing to my kitchen window however the new window for the kitchen came at the wrong size. The installers never told us they removed the outside casing nor did the put the outside casing back!!! Lousy, workmanship still waiting on Window Nation to make corrections to the eight windows. I have not started paying for the windows yet.

The install went perfectly, and the price was VERY good. Installers were professional, installing the windows in such a way that any room was exposed to the cold no more than twenty minutes. Will be looking them up to do my front door next.

The job went well and the installers were very professional and efficient. They let me know about each step of the way. We certainly would and have already recommended Windows Nation. Also the salesman was very helpful and professional. We are sorry it took so long to get them installed; but with covid in our house we had to keep putting it off for everyone's sake. Thanks again.
