From the initial sales visit where they even brought a model window for us to see the workmanship, the quality, and the discounts they were offering, it was not a hard decision for us to make. We opted for the Potomac model with the laminated glass. Can't speak highly enough of the quality and the installation of the 4 new windows we had installed in our master bedroom. We were continually experiencing noises from outside at all hours of the night and early morning in addition to the room seeming to be cold. We had the original builder grade windows when we bought the house new. The installers were very professional, arrived when we were informed they would, and went right to work. The hardest part was getting the old windows out. Once the new windows were installed we noticed how quiet the room was immediately. Our sleep is totally different than before. No more car door slamming or hearing people talking out front as if they were actually in your bedroom, and the room feels warmer. We have no regrets and are thinking of replacing other windows in the front as well. Plus if you refer someone, and they sign up both parties get 125.00 gift card or a reduction in the sale. If you want to experience a quiet bedroom get these windows. this company is , " on time on target , this is my second buy . my plan is buy window nation when I need a product they manufacture. two storm doors are next.

2 installers showed up during the promised timeframe. Completed work within a few hours. When they left, they had completely cleaned up and left my house exactly as they had found it. A complete demonstration of my new windows was performed. I couldn't be more satisfied. I have received several phone calls and emails to make sure I am completely satisfied --which I am!

Overall, the work was very good, with just one negative comment. The work was done rapidly, the crews were professional and they did a good (not perfect) job of cleaning up the debris. We shopped several window contractors and were very happy with the price we got. The only glitch: one window screen installed had a small defect. We discussed this five times with the service department by phone and email, and each time were assured someone would come out to replace it; never happened, so we are just living with that flaw. Other than that, quite happy with our beautiful windows, and would recommend them to others.

The sales pitch was absolutely dreadful. They waste your time and MAKE you watch videos and actually feel caulking and they go on and on and on. They also talk bad about competitors. I had to ask the sales person to leave my house. My toddler was all over the place and he kept going and going. I asked him to get to the bottom line, and he told me he MUST go through every aspect of the presentation. He said the installation was warrantied, but insisted on going through every step and how they do it. I'm a single mom of a very active toddler and I have no time! The windows are the last part of the presentation, so we didn't even get to that part. I had 3 other companies come before him, and one didn't even need to visit - they sent me an estimate via email. Learn your customer and adapt to their lifestyle. Your sales pitch has to be able to be comfortable and adaptable. I basically got no quote because I refused to listen to the sales pitch which would span the entire hour. He stopped to talk about movies and such - trying to build a rapport. Meanwhile my toddler was bouncing off the wall -- learn your customer. Who does marketing or who is the sales Director?? Change needs to happen. I'm sure i'm not the only customer you lost due to this mandatory requirement. Horrible!!!

Very disappointing sales tactics. Waste of time. We were upfront that we had already met with two companies and had one left, and would not be signing a contract that day. Two hours later, we get an outrageous price of $48k, which can miraculously come down to under $20k if we sign that day. There was another price of about $35k for an unclear reason (maybe the buy two get two promotion?) which didn’t include the Angie’s List coupon - he made a phone call to Steven Brown who said he would have to see the coupon to figure out if it could be piggybacked - even though the coupon was clear it could. Bottom line? The quote was only good for that day if we signed before he left. We said no AND HE EVEN TOOK THE SHEET WITH THE PRICES WITH HIM! Stay away from this company!

The entire experience was positive. The initial contact was informative and to-the-point. The actual delivery and installation went smoothly with no issues. The crew was on-time and professional. The windows were expensive, but were custom fitted and appear to be high quality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the buying experience and would purchase from Window Nation again.

I called and set up the initial estimate. A couple of days later, they called and said that both people on the deed needed to be present. When they called, my husband was present. They had not said anything prior about having to have both people present. at that point, my husband and I agreed to cancel the estimate. I continued to get calls and emails trying to follow up with the estimate. I called their number and told them that we have firmly decided not to use their services and to remove us from all call email and mailing lists. They said that they would. I just now got another email from them trying to complete the estimate! This is now harassment! AVOID!

Great job by 2 fantastic crews. Hugh change in appearance. Everything meticulously done. The windows replaced our 45 year old Anderson windows.
