The installers, a father and sons group were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process with times line. Installation went smoothly. The were very neat and thorough. They even vacuumed when they were done. I would definitely have them come again.

The installation went well. The technicians were on time, professional and very tidy. They treated my home as if it were theirs and with respect. I questioned the techs several times and they address my questions with full and honest answers. They also addresses any issues I had with their service and install and made changes to fit my requests within the boundaries set for their install.

It went well. They provided beautiful windows for an excellent price and installed them cleanly, efficiently and with great craftmanship. They also had an excellent guarantee, though I hope it's many years before I need to use it. (And they did an excellent job cleaning the windows before they left.)

Crew arrived on time; introduced themselves and installed windows. I was shown how to operate and clean windows from the inside when installation was complete. Crew cleaned up the area and completed job in the time quoted.

Wonderful! Window Nation was easy to work with, they were courteous, friendly and very professional. The installers cleaned up everything when they left. Will plan on using them again in the spring to replace the rest of the windows.

Makes the installers have safety glasses on before doing the job because the day they came to install the windows they didn’t wear any that day and of course somebody got something in there eye and they couldn’t finish the job that day which I took the whole day off and have to come another day which they could of send somebody else to finish the job. So I like the windows but the l wish I went with somebody other then window nation for the services

The two men took the old windows out. They put the new windows in. One man trimmed the inside of the windows and the other trimmed the outside. Then, they both did the clean up. The job was finished in about 2 hours. The men worked well together and the weather was very cooperative. Someone from the company came about 2 hours later and took some pictures.

Everything, from the first visit by the Exterior Design Consultant, through the exact measurements technician, through the actual installation, went extremely well. The house, inside and out, was left clean and neat. Every person, including all telephone contacts, was courteous, helpful and professional. I would hire Window Nation again and would definitely recommend this company.

Mr Mike Thomas did an outstanding job. My wife and i were very impressed with him. He's a great asset to your company. If we need more windows i would like to request him to do that work.
