It was awful. All 17 windows were wrong and defective. I have been trying to get answers for a week as to what is happening. Today (nov4) they were going to call back and never did. Apparently 17 wrong windows means nothing. It is now 6pm

Very well...good professional sales and installation. Rugs on the floor throughout was a nice touch. A three man installation team: all friendly, competent, honest and they worked well together.

The project was completed and the services requested were done. However, I have to continuously follow-up on the completion of the project. Not all materials necessary for project completion is in the project site which was a primary reason for delay. When it finally arrived, need to wait for contractors to be available to finish the job. Trash was also left behind that I have to keep calling for its removal. A big patch of my lawn was ruined because it was used to dump debris and trash.

Prompt, pleasant and professional installers. Process was painless, very well done and quick.

Unfortunately I was not able to be present during the install but my wife said they did a quick, accurate job on my windows. When I got home from work and was able to see them myself I was very impressed with how good they looked. I would definitely hire window nation again.

Our experience with Window Nation has been FANTASTIC. The only thing that exceeds the quality of our new windows I would have to say is the SERVICE they provide, from our initial meeting with the salesman Terry to Darren who expertly measured our windows to the amazing crew Josh, Louis, Acena and Hose' who installed our windows then on that day Rhonda and Cory the auditors who stopped by to make sure we were happy with everything and Christina who worked with us for our final payment to Jerry in service and warranty department who reached out to follow up on the job to Daryl in customer service for helping us get everyones name . The work was done by one installer who was polite, professional and speedy. The job was done on time and done well. They look great!

Jeryl, our salesman and project manager, was very professional and responsive. We noticed a correction needed for the installation and he was able to help us immediately.

Very well -- the windows were a custom order so although a couple were sent back to the manufacturer before they were delivered to the house it was due to their very intense quality control inspections which prevented the delivery and install of potential minor flaws. The crew that installed were extremely efficient at their work, cleaned up as they worked and even answered questions if they were asked about how the process worked. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and readily available for any sales cycle questions. Also, the customer service department (particularly a young lady by the name of Shemika) who was very friendly and very quick to respond.

Sales representative was organized and informative. His presentation was impressive and I purchased on the spot. I was advised of the installation day well in advance and the two installers were prompt, polite and very skilled. "Exterior Auditor" Randra Madison arrived about 2/3 of the way completed for inspection. It was a great experience and I am completely satisfied with it from start to finish.

We had fourteen windows replaced in our home, half of which were original, wooden things from '79. We had planned on doing this within the next few years, but advanced our schedule after being contacted by Window Nation, having both the financial latitude and time to schedule. The initial consultation was not a pressure-sale. Daniel came to our home (he lives down the street, consequently), measured, demonstrated the windows he suggested (and a couple he did not, including a more expensive option), and answered all of our questions. I had done a lot of research ahead of time about window construction, installation, companies, and materials, and I grilled him past the point of politeness on all of those topics. Not only did he speak intelligently, calmly, kindly, and in a friendly manner about each of these concerns, but he showed me, where possible, both on the demo windows and through a couple presentations. A lot of reviews about Window Nation bemoan the fact that they require a couple hours to go through their presentation, including a bit about the company itself and several physical demonstrations of their products. I'm not sure why this is: you're going to pay 5-figures for a product. Is it really that big of a deal to learn about your investment for a couple hours? Anyhow. The crew was scheduled six weeks in advance, I was checked up on twice in that time to make sure the timeslot still worked, and day-of, they arrived within five minutes of the time they said they would, which is incredible. They were a well-oiled machine, immensely polite, accommodating to things going on in the household, and only took four hours to install everything, clean up, and be on their way. I was stunned, but I watched them work, and it was like watching DaVinci if he had decided on windows rather than art and engineering. There was not a scrap of trash or a screw to be found on my property, and Daniel, the sales and project manager, came over both during and after the installation to make sure we were satisfied and that the job had been completed to HIS satisfaction. The price was easily the best of any bids I had, including a "family friend" who did my brother's house the month before. I am fully satisfied with their product and installation and price and would whole-heartedly recommend Window Nation to anyone needing new windows. Full stop.

Everything went well. The installers were on time, polite, respected my home. They knew their job and did it well. They answered every question I asked them. The windows look great. I especially like that both top and bottom windows open inward for ease of cleaning. I am very pleased with my purchase.
