Window Nation Baltimore

We first engaged with Window Nation nine years ago. We really liked the product we got, and the service quality was rather decent, so, naturally, when it came to installing windows in our new addition, we reached out to them. This time, however, it was a sheer disaster right from the get-go... The absolute worst part of my experience involved an inside sales manager named Marc Israel. I would strongly advise against dealing with this character, especially if your order includes anything even slightly more complicated than straightforward replacement of old windows with new ones. Working with Mr. Israel caused us a great deal of wasted time and much frustration. His incompetence level was just over the top, and his customer service skills were even worse. He would misplace important details of my order and would never follow up with me in a timely fashion, which meant that I had to spend hours on end tracking him down. Finally, after I was able to get through to his managers (which also took more than a smile), they had to step in to get my (largely stalled) project going again. In the process, they lost the measurements they themselves took - luckily, I had saved an electronic copy. The troubles continued with a service issue that needed to be taken care of following the installation of the new windows. After an initial assessment by a technician, their Service and Warranty department was supposed to contact me to schedule the actual service, and then there was... nothing. Just complete radio silence. So, I had to start banging on their doors yet again. One of the managers, Sonny Sherazi, was simply creating an appearance of help - he would feed me assurances that someone would reach out to me, but all he did, apparently, was throw stuff over the fence without bothering to follow through and actually making sure that something is being done. Over the course of about three weeks, I got calls from multiple associates - Jonathan Moore, Darryl (didn't get his last name) and at least one other individual - all asking me if my service was completed (!) and then promising that someone would be in touch with me "shortly", "within the next 24 hours", etc. As you correctly guess, no one ever did... Only after I had to "crack a whip", some movement ensued. The bottomline: If you do decide to deal with this company, I would highly encourage you stay on top of them every step of the way to ensure that things are actually going forward. I would have gladly pulled the plug on them early in the process, but, unfortunately, they were the only distributors in our area who carried the window model we wanted. To be fair, there were two positives I feel I should make a mention of (hence "D" rather than "F"). First, we are quite happy with the windows we got as a result. The second one is their service technician named George who was very professional, very knowledgeable and a just fun guy all around.

We couldn't have been happier. The salesman/project manager came to our home and gave a thorough explanation of the windows available. We chose GrandView windows. The custom made windows were available several weeks sooner than we expected and the crew was extremely polite and efficient. Their attention to detail was amazing. I've never seen such a beautiful smooth job of caulking at the end of the job. The caulking smoothly tapers off into the paint, giving a perfect appearance. We're absolutely delighted with the quality of the windows themselves and the excellent installation. And, the price was very reasonable to such good quality windows. I highly recommend this company!

From the beginning to end of this process was Awsome service!! The Exterior Design Consultant, Matt Keller was both well educated in the different window types and helping us pick what was best for us. Matt also was freindly and worked hard at offering solutions for our needs. Costomer services contacted to schedule install and for a reminder of the date before the installers came out. The person who came out to measure my windows was friendly and Proffesional as well. The installers were at my house on time. They were very friendly and worked hard to make sure my windows were out and back in as fast as possible, since it was cold that day. They left the outside work till last so i could move my furniture back as soon as possible so I wasnt that inconvenienced. I thought this was very thoughtful of them as almost every window in my house had furnature next to them. When they were working outside, my doorbell rang. When i ancwered it was a man with the costomer service dept. I was delightfully suprised when he told me they randomly pick houses to check on while in work and wanted to know how i felt the process was going and if i thought there was anything they could improve on. In all this was an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! I have already recommended them to a cowroker and will definitely continue to recommend them to others!! Great jobs guys!!

Crew showed up on time and installation was complete in less than two hours. Solid door that is well insulated, house is a lot warmer now. Very happy with my new door.

Awesome job throughout whole process, keeping us updated. Very professional and laid out tarps and plastic so they didn’t walk on our carpets. Cleaned up well and didn’t find anything left outside or in. 17 windows done and 2 added and were finished in a day and a half. Very happy with the quality of the windows and they did an amazing job! I will highly recommend!

It was great! The product is very superior to other windows we looked at. Our furnace doesn't turn on as much because the new windows are keeping the warm air in and the cold air out. The workers were very professional and courteous and did great work!

The entire process from the initial call through the installation was seamless. We would absolutely recommend working with Window Nation and would do so again in a heartbeat.

This was an easy process from start to finish. The sales rep was on time to appointment, informative, spent time with us on different window options and styles for each window in every room. Only waited about six weeks to be ordered and install and the installation crew was on time and done way earlier then i ever imagined and treated my windows like their own. The were clean and professional and i felt like i got to know them on a personal level in the stories we shared i was very impressed and being a bit of a perfectionist they met all my criteria..

From the point of sales through the installation, the Windows Nation team was polite, courteous and professional. The sales person spent time going through all of my options and worked with me to get the right windows and a price within my budget. The installation was scheduled so I had new windows before the holidays. Complete installation (inside and out) took 1-1/2 days. My home was left the same way the workers found it. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Windows Nation again.

Michael was great, though it took time for the new lock to come in, which was not his fault. All went smoothly as expected. We couldn't be happier and will definitely continue to recommend Window Nation.

The three installers were excellent and worked after dark to get the job done.

The process from sales to installation was very easy. Window Nation's installation team, Santos and Jose, arrived when scheduled and began work immediately. While Santos removed the old windows Jose was working in the house placing protective barriers in the window openings. Both of these gentlemen were professional in their work. They were very courteous and friendly also. Santos answered several questions that I had before and after the work was complete. Window Nation called while the work was in progress to ensure that the firm was meeting our expectations. The firm called the following day to see if we had any questions or concerns about the windows. As a friend once said they under promised and over delivered. If/when we decide to have our remaining windows replaced, we will contact Window Nation.

Mike did a awesome job. installation: perfect... i am a builder for over 35 years. that crew was the best i have seen in a long time.
