Everything went well they started on time and finished early didn't .

Very professional sales person. Did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. He gave us what seemed to be a good offer and we decided to trust him WN gave us regular updates on the installation date. When date was scheduled they send us several reminders. The day of the installation, the crew arrived as planned. They worked 2 days without rushing. They were very polite and extremely professional They answered all our questions We also had the visit of a QA manager to ensure they had everything to complete the work We have 5 more windows to change and will definitely use WN service again

I’d highly recommend Window Nation, my salesman was wonderful & to the point, the installers went out of their way to protect my property during the time of my install & Mark Green was incredible!! The work was performed in a timely manner & extremely professional. I truly don’t regret this decision in the least!! #getitdonerightthe1sttime

first most everyone involved was polite and professional, I was under the impression there would be a "crew"of installers from video that was sent and conversations that was had.Also from video I thought I would be getting insulation foam etc that would help the windows be more energy efficient... The crew turned out to be one person,and he was kinda a jerk,He (the single installer and sometimes his son) had to be reminded to put the installation foam around frame of windows by me and he was kinda a jerk after that...@end of install there was 4 sashes that were damaged and two screens. it took about 7 different trips by WN and approx 6 months to resolve, I did not pay balance until I was completely happy and got no push back from WN,to there credit. Lastly If I were going to do over I would still use WN because of quality, price and warranty,just be aware things go wrong on big installs and you as the customer need to stay on top of project

I hate doing these because nobody ever see them or calls. We were very pleased with Willam Blackburn,Mark. They made sur they took care of us like we were your only customer. The install techs were GREAT AND FAST WORK. I have referred you to a family member who has 16 windows to replace. I can’t say enough about how the service was on point and 100% with everything they did. Please take the time out of your busy day and thank those guys and gals that help with the process we canceled on the first day because we were all under the weather but your scheduling department was very nice and helpful to set another week. I can’t say enough about everyone from the beginning to the end. We had Long in here and he over sold a bad product and when William came in we told his to save the BS and shoot us straight. Tell us why your product is the best and he sold us!! Thank you for sending someone here that knew his stuff. He didn’t over sell or pressure us to pay now even tho we did lol. It’s great to have someone who has been in the business for 37 years, I guess he knew his stuff. One other thing. You guys came in $3000 LESS THAN LONG!! That was the other reason we signed that day. I did call the other 2 companies in front of William and cancel and needless to say they were not happy that we went with you guys. They called and called to try and change our minds with price but sometimes paying more for a product is better when you know your getting the best bang for the buck. Thank you very much for all you did and I hope to do business in the future. We are going to have a house built in NC soon and we want only you to do the windows? Everything from removal, installation and cleanup was completed in a timely and professional manner. We are happy with every part of the job especially the outside trim which greatly improved the appearance of our house. We could not be happier with Window Nation.

Sales contact at my convenience, punctual and accurate. Installation and service at the convenience of the company. Can give you a date, but not a time, not even morning or evening. Won't commit until the day before. 5 visits for me: sales, official measurement, installation, revisit for assessment of poor workmanship in factory, replacement of faulty unit. Once time arranged (the day before), arrived in the 2 hour window. One set of 3 units had poor quality control: inside of sealed double pane glass (not accessible to owner) had many streaks, apparently due to poor cleaning at the factory. Should not have been installed. Not seen until the sum came through the window the next day. Unit was replaced and glass is clean. Final outcome seems good. The windows easy to use. Appear well installed. Price the best of 4 companies if vinyl is acceptable. Warranty, as stated, is excellent. But the amount of time and effort from customer is excessive. Not a good process if you have to take days off from work. I might hire again if scheduling can be improved.

The workmen arrived on time and ready to go. The did minor preparations and began the install. It took them about an hour to complete the job, as the door was custom and fit perfectly. The door looks 100% better than the old one, the sound insulation is excellent and the insulation against the elements is great, too. I am satisfied.

It was a wonderful experience. The only problem is that my house is too warm now. I’m realizing how much money I wasted in heating and cooling. Will absolutely use Window Nation again.

Windows installed professionally and very timely. Areas were left clean. Would use again or refer to others.

It went smoothly and the installers were very organized in their approach.

Great experience all around. Their salesman who came to our house gave us a great deal and also found us financing. After this another gentleman came and measured all of our windows. Then windows were made to order. After a few weeks their crew showed up. They removed our old home windows and installed new highly efficient argon filled windows all in the same day! Within 4-5 hours their crew was completely finished removing/replacing 11 windows. We were amazed at their efficient and great work. From beginning to end we highly recommend Window Nation.

Not well. I had to contact continually for my service appointments. They damaged my floor during the install. I ultimately received compensation for the floor and my troubles, only after filing a BBB complaint. And that process was not without issue. I did not agree with the compensation but decided it was the best I would receive. I was required to sign something stating all was complete. I was reluctant, but as I said I signed it to at least receive something from them. But once I signed I still had to contact them weeks later to finally receive a check. I have had 8 service calls to address issues on the windows as well. And I am waiting for the next service call, which they have not contacted me to schedule. They have sent generic emails and a call checking, but I still have to contact them. It has been over a year since I purchased the windows and they still have issues along with the noted lousy customer satisfaction. I believe this was a big mistake dealing with them and do not recommend them to others. Definitely a lousy experience. My main issue was the lousy customer service. Having to contact them over long periods of time to get service calls. Then once I raised that concern to managers they did not get back with me on the issues. Numerous times I had to convey my problem with them and did not receive return contacts from 2 separate managers. Finally after the BBB complaint I was contacted by a different manager who worked for compensation. Initially we were to only address the damaged floor, which is the amount I requested. She returned with agreement but for the damage and my troubles (which is why I did not agree). After I received the document for signature I contacted her stating I had questions before signing. I sent an email and called twice with not contact from her. I had to finally go through everything to have them resend the document to esign. I was still reluctant to sign, but then did. And as mentioned, after signing I did not hear from them or receive a check for 2-3 weeks. I finally contacted an upper level manager again and the check did show up. Also along the process for compensation I noticed their response to the BBB was the issue was resolved. This was not true and I sent a rebuttal to the BBB stating that each time.

I've read mixed reviews about Window Nation via Yelp, but all I can say is my experience was nothing but positive. The installers exceeded my expectations by showing up on a cold, rainy day when I assumed they would simply re-schedule. The installers were courteous and professional and answered my questions. They worked tirelessly for eight hours and installed nine windows. They did a really nice job calking and capping my windows and hauled all they old windows away. Great job Window Nation.

Two months after signing a contract for 10 window replacements, the job still isn't complete. They waited until 30 minutes prior to my installation time to tell me that they didn't have the correct materials. Of course they offered to still install with what I didn't order. Then they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks before the job can be completed. Totally dissatisfied. My only positive comment is for the installers. Although they took a very long time to install (compared to my neighbor who also used their services), the installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up and wore shoe covers.

It was great! The installer was very nice and courteous, plus he answered all of my questions. He took his shoes off every single time he came in our house. He was also prompt both times he came out. We would recommend Window Nation for new windows. Cathy & Steve Young

Had work done 10/29/19. Replaced 11 old replacement windows I had purchased a year/two after I bought the house. Between age and 2011 East Coast Earthquake, had 2 windows that wouldn't open; 2 could only open 1/4 way; others squeaked as vinyl rubbed vinyl. Ordered the premium windows from Window Nation, with natural pine on inside, and forest green clading on outside. Workers came at 7:30am to begin install. Guys were definitely NOT ones Window Nation picked up off a street corner. Old caulking was scraped off and old windows removed. New ones inserted, and spray insulation added to guard against drafts. All possessions within 5' of opening were covered with plastic covering. Have had at least 4 wind storms since install, and I can definitely feel the difference. No drafts come in through space between windows and jambs. Only bad part was the offgassing from the insulation; was horrible. Let company know in their survey that they may want to look into another brand. Smelled it for several days after install, and it gave me a bad headache on day of install. Also, sales person said to clear just enough space around windows to allow for a ladder. Not true; workers needed at least 3', so a lot of what I had moved needed to be further moved to center of room they were working in. Overall, pleased with product and install. Done in one day.

windows look great and so clear to look out. would recommend them to anyone.

After the scheduling dept. cancelled my install at the last minute I had to readjust my schedule twice and was force to work a night job that was scheduled for daytime so I could be home for the installers. To add insult to injury they showed up 4 1/2 hours late for the rescheduled appointment. Mike in the scheduling dept. promised me a $100.00 gift card for the inconvienence. I hope your company can keep at least one promise and please don't send a Window Nation gift card. When the installers finally got here I was told they may not be able to finish before dark and might have to come back the next day. At this point I was so ****** off I was ready to cancel the whole deal. They worked non stop though and did a nice job installing the windows and cleaning up and finished just before dark. The windows look good but I'm going to wait a few week and submit another review and let you if I'm satisfied with your product.

What's there to say really. From start to finish we were met with professionalism. Brittany is super cool. We want to hang out with her :) The measure tech was on time and personable. The windows were completed far sooner than expected. Arnold and his crew were timely, efficient, clean and courteous. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows as well as Window Nation. Save yourself the nightmare of many fly by contractors and pay a little extra for what you get. It's worth it and we have a lifetime warranty to boot if we ever need it.

We first engaged with Window Nation nine years ago. We really liked the product we got, and the service quality was rather decent, so, naturally, when it came to installing windows in our new addition, we reached out to them. This time, however, it was a sheer disaster right from the get-go... The absolute worst part of my experience involved an inside sales manager named Marc Israel. I would strongly advise against dealing with this character, especially if your order includes anything even slightly more complicated than straightforward replacement of old windows with new ones. Working with Mr. Israel caused us a great deal of wasted time and much frustration. His incompetence level was just over the top, and his customer service skills were even worse. He would misplace important details of my order and would never follow up with me in a timely fashion, which meant that I had to spend hours on end tracking him down. Finally, after I was able to get through to his managers (which also took more than a smile), they had to step in to get my (largely stalled) project going again. In the process, they lost the measurements they themselves took - luckily, I had saved an electronic copy. The troubles continued with a service issue that needed to be taken care of following the installation of the new windows. After an initial assessment by a technician, their Service and Warranty department was supposed to contact me to schedule the actual service, and then there was... nothing. Just complete radio silence. So, I had to start banging on their doors yet again. One of the managers, Sonny Sherazi, was simply creating an appearance of help - he would feed me assurances that someone would reach out to me, but all he did, apparently, was throw stuff over the fence without bothering to follow through and actually making sure that something is being done. Over the course of about three weeks, I got calls from multiple associates - Jonathan Moore, Darryl (didn't get his last name) and at least one other individual - all asking me if my service was completed (!) and then promising that someone would be in touch with me "shortly", "within the next 24 hours", etc. As you correctly guess, no one ever did... Only after I had to "crack a whip", some movement ensued. The bottomline: If you do decide to deal with this company, I would highly encourage you stay on top of them every step of the way to ensure that things are actually going forward. I would have gladly pulled the plug on them early in the process, but, unfortunately, they were the only distributors in our area who carried the window model we wanted. To be fair, there were two positives I feel I should make a mention of (hence "D" rather than "F"). First, we are quite happy with the windows we got as a result. The second one is their service technician named George who was very professional, very knowledgeable and a just fun guy all around.
