Josh Johnson was the salesman that showed up and he was the best salesman my wife and I had ever dealt with. He really cared about what we wanted and did not try to sell us top of the line windows. He gave us selections in our price line. Hes the reason why we went with Window Nation. We got calls letting us know when the windows were ready for install. We set up a daye and time. The installers showed up a little early which was fine. They got right to work. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up as they went through out the house. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

The two guys that showed up were awesome. They did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up as they moved throughout the house.

It went very well. Work was done very professional and thorough. The employees from a Window Nation were great. They did an outstanding job.

I used Window Nation to replace two sliding glass doors and was very happy with that work. When I decided to replace my front door, I chose them as the company I wanted to use. After specifying the door and hardware in detail during the sales process, the door was installed and several things on the door were not what I thought I remembered. Looking back at the paperwork, it was clear that the paperwork did not reflect what I thought I had specified. However, I only really cared about one of these things. I noted this one on the paperwork that I signed when the installation was complete. I contacted the company the next day to request a change. I did not hear back from them after 3 (business) days, so I called them back. At that point I got phone calls, both from the sales person and from some kind of service center. I was not able to take both calls and called the service center back late that day. Two days later, after an additional message, I finally heard back from the service center. After explaining that I had several things I thought were not what I had asked for, but I only cared about the one, and acknowledging that it was not correct on the work order, I was told it would cost me $500 to change it. I complained and was told they needed to evaluate. It is 4 (business) days later, and I still do not have a final answer. I have gone from a reasonably satisfied customer, to a somewhat disgruntled customer because it has taken so long to get an answer from the company.

We couldn’t be more pleased. From meeting them at a home and garden show, to the sales person coming to our home answering every question and presenting a video on installation that shows in detail how well they’ll conduct the installation, and finishing with the best installation crew who are focused, friendly, and work great as a team - you can’t get a better window or installation.

The entire job was completed in one day. The men worked hard and diligently, and in our opinion, they did an expert job! The seal on our doors is perfect and I look forward to saving some money on our BG&E bill! I highly recommend Window Nation for windows as well. We just had 12 windows replaced and they are beautiful and energy efficient! Next, we are having new siding on our home and we can't wait to see the difference! Thanks to all the courteous staff from sales persons to schedulers and customer service reps! Jennifer and all the rest deserve many KUDOS!

Everything went as scheduled even with a hiccup. They stayed in touch with us from the agreement, through production as well as followed up daily throughout the instal.

All the people were great to deal with. The salesman(Tom) was great. Bonnie and Shannon (folks who provided administrative support) were very helpful. The installers were great and did their job and cleaned-up afterward very well. Everyone was totally professional and congenial.

It went extremely well. A team of two arrived early and I was very happy with that. They were very professional . Protective coverings put down before work began. They cleaned all areas before leaving. I decided on the Georgetown Model. My job was well done and the window's are beautiful. Thank you, Darlene M

From start to finish Window Nation was courteous, punctual and extremely easy to work with. I would easily recommend them again!

Met with design consultant Kevin Villafana and signed a contract on Jan 03 to replace 7 double hung windows in our house. He was awesome. The presentation exceeded our expectations and the process was simple and easy, and the product presented was amazing. We had to make a change to our order a few days later and Kevin took care of submitting a change order that went through and we were refunded the appropriate amount on our credit card for the deposit. The final measurement specialist who came later was professional and experienced. Installation day was set for Jan 30 at 10 am, and the crew showed up at 10 am and 15 seconds (AMAZING)! The 2-man crew were rugged, and experts at their craft. It did not hurt that they were both Polish, as I am Polish American. I work from home and heard, banging, clanging, electric tools buzzing, and I was becoming nervous. Well, a few hours later, the noise stopped and they were loading up. The crew showed me my beautiful new windows and I was immensely pleased. One other thing, just the day before I had new hard wood floors installed in my house so the crew took the time to line everywhere they walked, as well as the the work areas themselves, with protective tarps. They left my house as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. Sorry for this long review, but I want everyone know that Window Nation exceeded my expectations. Great. Although the installers were delayed because of weather, the supervisor (Steve) called and told me of their plan to shift to a different day. When the weather cleared I was called and informed the installer would be coming by at 1;00 pm. It took 2 half-days to complete the job. The installer (Nimrod) was extremely professional and skilled. The final product looked great!.

They did an excellent job of replacing the windows and also enlarged 2 existing windows to be full size. The process from start to finish was seamless and everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend them for future customers!

Honestly, it couldn't have gone better. Santos and Jose were wonderful. They went right to work and hardly ever stopped until I got them a pizza. There were very professional and finished in a very timely manner. They replaced 8 windows and took out a door with two windows on the side and replaced in with a custom sliding glass doors. Everything looks wonderful and I am just sorry I waited so long. They cleaned up any debris and took everything with them. I am so very pleased with Window Nation. They will be asked to finish my other windows and a door when I'm ready! Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Their service was second to none. I highly recommend them, you won't be sorry!!!!

We got new windows installed throughout our house and they were fast and efficient. They answered any questions we had and were very respectful and on time. We would definitely recommend and hire again.

The job was done better than I expected. New windows look sharp. The work crew did a great job in cleaning up.

Very well! They were knowledgeable, polite and clean when in the house. Windows look great and the finish trim that was done onsite was beautiful. They had to do a little extra trim around the work shop windows and it looks great. Saving my pennies to do the rest of the house!

The actual installation went well. The customer service aspect was lacking. We originally had a contact that guaranteed he would always be available for questions. When we tried to contact him, we eventually found out he no longer worked there. Magically, a letter showed up in the mail 2 days later informing us of his departure and his replacement that was dated weeks prior. We had issues getting what we were promised as far as financing and a gift card for booking our estimate appointment in December. Fortunately, we were finally able to get the financing sorted out but it took so much effort to finally figure out who to talk to so it could be resolved that we didn't even bother mentioning the gift card we were promised. Overall, happy with the work and we are hopeful we just ran into bad luck with the customer service.

Window Nation was not only easy to deal with, but also the most economical and competitively priced for a 6-window replacement job on our home. Their suggestions and attention to detail in bidding the job were outstanding, far outshining other companies. We had to tweak the contract a little in the first few days, and WN was pleasant and took our requirements in stride. They never pressured us for an upsell like "the others." Installation day went smoothly, even though it was only 35 degrees, their expert team did a perfect installation with no issues and we didn't even get cold. Love our new windows, they make our rooms look so much brighter...
