This was the second time we hired Window Nation to install some windows and just like the first time, we were very pleased with the windows and the outstanding installation. The installation team was excellent and Stephen from the Service Warranty department ensured that everything was being done correctly. From day one on April 7, 2021 meeting Sales Consultant Diane Burns she was a pleasure to work with. Thorough and professional meeting, no pressure to purchase. She was prompt in responding to questions. The “Measurer” was great too who came out on April 9, 2021. Installers Elbert and Alfred were polite, professional and timely.

We had to cancel the day of install due to Family emergency. They were very understanding and we were able to reschedule our project with no problem. The installers worked in the heat up on ladders with a swarm of cicadas all around them. They managed to keep the cicadas out! From the salesman, Chris, to the installers and the office and Financing associates, we were highly satisfied.

The job went very well, the crew showed up on time and took about 15 - 20 minutes to get setup. they went right to work even helped move furniture because it was a last minute scheduled job, the workers were very professional and did a great job at cleaning up as they went. at the conclusion the supervisor examined all the work done with me and demonstrated some feature of the newly installed windows. Overall I was very satisfied with the product and the work that was done.

The price was very a bit more than expected, but the quality of the windows and doors are great. The crew who conducted the work were both very professional and knowledgeable at their technical expertise. Lando the crew chief and his team will 100% be referenced in my HOA local Facebook page. Michael Lawrence who was the overall manager of the project visited and made sure the project was being completed up to standards and address all my questions and concerns very professionally and quickly.

Ordered windows in January 2021 and was told they would be installed in March. It is now May and we still are waiting. When I am actually able to get in touch with someone to find out what is going on I am simply told that they are delayed. Would not recommend Window Nation based on my experience.

Excellent. From initial virtual consultation thru window installation. Crews did a fantastic job, arrived ahead of scheduled time and worked continuously thru completion.

Excellent from start to finish. Only complaints I have is that the salesman told us he would be here for our install. He wasn't. I had to pick up nails and hinges that were left from the old windows.

We were promised a gift card because the original sales person never showed. We were also promised a $200 gift card for referring someone and having them have windows installed. We have never received that. Installation was quick, however, pieces of metal were found in the front yard. Installation was in March 27 and have not received a follow up to see if we were satisfied or when payment would begin.
