Sales and measurement were excellent. Installers were good but had to be reminded to take stickers off some newly installed windows and clean up some of the caulking around some of the higher windows. They did fix the issues to my satisfaction. They did not put back some patio chairs and grill that had been moved during the install but otherwise did clean up the debris from the install.

The two crews arrived on time, were very polite and professional. They got right to work and got the job done the same day. They cared about not only doing the job well but right and perfect. Everything looks great.

Best experience imaginable. The salesman was easy to work with and offered a fair price. The office staff kept us well informed of the process and timeline of building the custom windows that were built for our home. The crew arrived exactly on-time, were so polite it was amazing, did an incredible job of getting the old windows out and the new windows in, they were happy to have me glance over their shoulders as the day went along, were well-mannered, cleaned up so well (they must have circled our house 10 times looking for any small scrap of material that might have been dropped, they mopped our hardwood floor to ensure there wasn't even dust left behind, took me around the inside and outside of our home to inspect every window, and they thanked us for our business. Diego Zarias (if I'm spelling that correctly) was a wonderful foreman and communicated well with me throughout the 9+ hours that the job took. He explained to me the lifetime warranty and showed me where to find the serial number for each individual window, if ever a claim needs to be made. I interviewed several A-Rated companies, and I am so glad we chose Window Nation! They were fabulous!

I had windows 11 installed a little over 2 years ago. From the day they day they were "professionally" installed - there have been problems. While being installed, the company cut my siding - never repairing it. The company left all of the OLD aluminium from the previous windows underneath the new aluminum. I have made complaints to Window Nation, but they have never come out to correct the damages done by their installers. Since the windows were installed they have gotten worse. There is still cosmetic damage to the siding. The windows leak. They are drafty and are NOT as structurally sound as the DEMO windows I looked at. It is obvious that I didn't get what I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM WINDOW NATION - UNLESS YOU WANT DRAFTY WINDOWS AND HOLEY SIDING!!!!!

It went rather well. The crew was polite and professional. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled starting time and were finished in a few hours later. This was their second attempt to do this installation, the first time is because of the situation at my household that they needed to make sure the installation was done correctly and more important safely. On their second attempt, they delivered as promised. Both, my wife and I are thrilled with the new bay window.

Window Nation this is a company that does not stand behind their word they advertised about a week ago buy two windows get two windows. My Mother, who is an elderly lady on a fixed income contact them they said no the minimum was 5 Windows she explain that's not what your advertisement on t v said .So when they say they want to help you in any way they can it's a Lie. I would not do business with a company that cannot stand behind their word. If the ad was a mistake they should have reviewed it before they aired it, once it aired they should have stood behind it . I do not recommend them , I would not want to do business with a company that is so dishonest!! No integrity T .Venerable

Fantastic. The windows are gorgeous. The sliding door with the grids gives my family area a newer dimension. I had a family member mention when you enter...its an eye catcher at first sight!!

Exactly as described. Very smooth process from beginning to end. Very happy so far. I had 20 windows replaced one was a large foyer window. Great job, no mess left behind!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Nation. The sales rep that came to the house was amazing, and is still the ONLY person who answers my phone call, treats me respectfully, and actually makes things happen. Every experience after with the installation, the customer service on the phone, returning phone calls, talking to me like they do not have time because I have problems with the install, etc. Here's our experience (and this isn't even every single detail!!!!!)….. We had a situation where our insurance was replacing the siding and we were working with a public adjuster to manage and schedule all the work. I asked Window Nation to schedule their install date with my public adjuster so that it could be done in conjunction with one another. They NEVER responded or attempted to call or called back my public adjuster (who called multiple times). When I got the phone call about a week before the install I was told that they were "not allowed" to speak to the public adjuster as I was the customer. At that point, the public adjuster said that they could install the siding after the windows, but that he would come out the day of the window install just to make sure they didn't caulk the new trim to the old siding (because it would be torn all up when they removed the old siding). The day of the install, several problems occurred. While the install team was polite and professional, I firmly do not believe that they have been trained appropriately. We have an older house and talked with the sales person about needing to be on the lookout for wood rot. The install team just went ahead with installing over the wood rot and not until they were questioned did they go back and "try" to address it. The pictures I included are what the windows looked like after them "taking care" of the wood rot. Now, I know that it will be covered with the trim, but the rotten wood was NOT completely taken out and the pieces that were taken out were not filled with wood - the holes were caulked. My public adjuster inquired about how the trim was to be installed, as I stated above, but the manner in which they were trained to do the trim is NOT up to code! So, we told them to STOP working and not to do the trim. This caused some people from Window Nation to show up and call (Steve, who was the "boss" of the install team, and a gentleman name Mark who I wish I would've written down his last name and job so that I could get in touch with him, he was wonderful - listened and he even felt like we had very valid concerns with the install, and a phone call from a lady named Kori who had an attitude and refused to accept that the install wasn't up to code, treating us like we do not know what we are talking about). At this point, we just told Window Nation that we either wanted them to refund us for the amount that labor and materials would be or come back out when the siding was going to be done to finish the trim. They said they would take the second choice and come back out. When we brought up the wood rot situation, Steve told us to let the windows get put in so that there wouldn't be holes and the windows would be sealed up, but that when they came back out they would take the windows out and double check the wood rot (IT WAS HIS IDEA!) Fast forward to March, I get a phone call from the lady Kori about scheduling them to come back out and she told me that I would be charged if they took the windows out and the install was correct. I told her that I didn't think that was fair being that it was Steve who said to do it that way in the first place - I would have had them do it the original install day if it were up to me!!! Due to the pandemic that was just starting, we agreed to put the install on hold until things were more calm. Fast forward to May, I call Kori to say that I think we are okay to move forward, she tells me that she is taking my account off hold and I should hear from someone in no more than 3 days, that she would send an email. Well, I waited a week - didn't get a call so I called Kori back and had to leave a message. I pushed back the siding install, ONCE AGAIN, because I couldn't get in touch with Window Nation. I wait another week and call Kori back, she does answer, but this time gives me a phone number to call to schedule (aren't they supposed to be calling me????). I call that number only to be told that the lady I need to talk to is on her lunch break, they do not know when she will be off her lunch break, and that Kori never contacted her in the first place. They had an attitude and talked to me in a rude manner also. So...here I am, waiting for some lady, who I guess, takes 2 hour lunch breaks to call me and I still have no install date set in stone...

The whole process was exceptional. Michael came to our home to look at and measure our windows. He then showed us a quick PowerPoint/video about Window Nation and showed us samples of all of their windows. When we selected the one we wanted, he priced it out, and it was just a little more than we had anticipated. Window Nation called/emailed us regularly to keep us up-to-date on the status of our project, to schedule someone to take final measurements, and to schedule a time for the actual installation. Every person who came to our home arrived on time, and the installers completed everything in 4 hours, which was what they had estimated. Very professional company!

Excellent installation and clean up of inside and outside.

They showed up early. Told me what they were going to do. Showed me what they were doing step by step. The completely the job quickly and cleanly. Overall no complaints.

The integrity, reliability, and professionalism of Window Nation is seriously lacking. They did not install the contract-specified INSULATION when they installed the 20+ new windows in our home. It took three months for them to send a crew to do the job correctly. They rescheduled 5 times, including 2 no-shows and 3 cancellations where crew was not properly equipped to do the job. On the 6th appointment, they finally completed the job. Meanwhile our VERY EXPENSIVE windows left us COLD this winter (October to January). They promised to compensate this gas/electric expense, as well as for other inconveniences of their negligence. To date, we have received no such compensation, and no replies to our inquiries. Window Nation truly lacks professionalism, reliability, and INTEGRITY.

Hi Michael, I just wanted to let you know that our install went great, your crew arrived right on time and introduced themselves and got right to it. They installed the windows and cleaned everything up in about 4 hours. And before they left they explained the features of our windows and about the warranty. We are very happy with our windows. Excellent job by all involved. During "social distancing" time, the sales agent, the measuring crew, and the install crew all wore masks and laid down dropcloths. They are expensive, but you get what you oay. We expect these to last a lifetime. They replaced 8 doublehung windows and one large bow window. The installer even built a new soffit panel above the bow window. They called before and after every visit to check for questions/concerns. We were very happy with the service and communication all around.

Absolutely perfect. Initial call was on April 11th and the windows were installed on May 7th. Very professional, no pushy sales tactics, great product, solid communication & excellent installation crew. Would definitely use again.

Very thorough and professional. 9 custom made windows completely delivered and installed in 1 day. The product replaced the original windows and the new ones are a far superior product with an excellent warranty. Orlando and his installation crew were prompt, efficient and thorough. I was also contacted by Michael, the service manager the very next day to inquire how the installation went. I Recommend this very professional company.
