Very professional team. Great job and product. Just a couple little things that could have been taken care of. A couple spots of caulk on one of our carpets. Since the carpet is getting replaced in the near future, not a huge deal, but still. House rack was taken down outside, to get into a tight area to replace one of the windows. Rack was left on the ground and not put back on. Some tape hear and there outside as well as a WN shoe cover on my front lawn left. Like I said, nothing major, just things that could have been attended to.

Guys were on time, respectful, and got the job done in about 3 hours.

Get EVERYTHING in writing before you agree to anything. Installation was great. Sales was another story. Was promised things that were not true, and by the time we found out, it was too late and I had to do the work myself or the completion would have been delayed, longer than it already was. Sent two emails to sales rep regarding certain issues and didn’t receive any emails back. So we were flying blind until the install team arrived.

4 windows were installed and the 5th one was measured incorrectly so a new one had to be ordered or the wooden jamb extended by 2 inches. Windows were installed on the 1st of May 2020 and never received a call back about the replacement window. Had to call the company at least 8 times to get a call back. Never received one. Last call to them , I was told an ETA on the window and scheduled the install finally. A bad review probably means nothing to them. I get it. With so many installs, who cares about 1 person who was treated unfairly? No one. I hope no one else ever has this issue. Shop around.

From start to finish we have been extremely pleased with WN. Our sales rep Jon was very professional, thorough and detail oriented. We received updates as our order progressed and when installment day arrived, not only did they arrive on time but they left our house looking BEAUTIFUL! The finished product is beyond our expectations and the quality and workmanship is perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

We were delighted with the results. The estimator/project manager thoroughly explained our choices and answered questions well. We were delighted with the professionalism of the crew that installed the windows. Their attention to detail, such as on the beautiful job they did on caulking, was amazing. The windows slide up and down very easily and are simple to clean, since the window can be pulled forward to easily clean the outside of it. We particularly appreciate these on our 2nd floor of our cape cod house. We could not safely clean the outside of those windows before. I highly recommend this company for providing high quality windows at a very reasonable price.

The two guys who did the work were very professional. They did a great job of the install and cleaned up both inside and outside when finished. They hauled away the old windows. When they were done, everything was done to our satisfaction. WindowNation is a group that we've used before and will use again.

The entire process with window nation from beginning to end went to smoothly. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and took the time to explain everything to us. We had 11 windows installed in 6 hours. The workers were kind, and cleaned up after themselves. Our windows look amazing, and we have nothing but positive things to say about window nation.
