Wonderful!!! The whole process was very easy and everyone was very knowledgeable. Our installer yung was amazing!! He got all six windows done in 12 hours by him self! The work crew arrived early with my new windows. They were very professional in their delivery. Since I live in a row house, they secured my property with tape and plastics to assure that my neighbor’sproperty would not be affected by the debris. Since we are in a pandemic with COVID-19, the wore masks whenever the men entered my home or had conversation with me. The men sectioned off each window protecting my house from debris and cleaned and vacuumed after each window installation. Each window was finished by placing aluminum siding around them. My Bay Window was the most challenging due to the intricacies of the design. I was most pleased with the time and care that the installer took while he worked to get the siding right being I live in and pre-war home. Whenever I had a concern the work crew was able to address it. Overall I give this company Window Nation an excellent rating due to there professionalism, cost effectiveness, perks, and follow up. Alfred from the Service & Warranty Department followed up with me with further helpful information. The window installers were on time, polite and worked hard to ensure a great outcome.

The installation went fine, the windows look great. The problem came after the installation. The installer accidentally broke a screen and it needed to be fixed/replaced. Accidents happen, no big deal. Another screen had waves in and that one needed fixed/replaced. I have sent numerous emails and called several times and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The overall process, was OK., but I was disappointed to see that the windows did not have the exterior casing and instead was installed on the existing/old case which made the window smaller. The initial order was placed on June 30th and installed on August 20th, two months! The installation crew was very good.

It went extremely well. From the early stages of getting educated on the product by the salesman to installation, it was excellent. We could not be happier with the sales team and the installation team.

Workers were prompt and courteous and finished early. They did a neat job. They cleaned up the mess. Love the new windows. They seem to insulate our house better than the old windows.

Installation was a breeze. The 2-man crew was very quick, professional and they cleaned up beautifully when done. I was given a demonstration on how to operate and clean the windows as well. Very good experience from original informative consultation all the way to the completion of installation. I am definitely a happy customer. New windows just in time for the cold winter months!

Initially we were told and shown a video which indicated that all the installation would be done on the outside of the house. (COVID-19), but everything was done from inside the house. The installers wore masks and we all kept our distance. The installers arrived early around 7:30 am and completed the job by 2:00. The installation went well, as the installers were very experienced. We had a couple of small dings on our inside window moldings in one room, but nothing that can't be filled in with wood filler and painted. Overall we were very pleased with the whole process.

Great!! You have a customer for life. I have another window and sliding glass door that will need to be replaced at some point and I will hire Window Nation do the work. Michael and his team were on time, friendly, worked very hard and had the install done when I was told it would be. The whole Window Nation team, sales & service, etc were always accessible and responsive. Thank you for my beautiful new window. I am thrilled! And, the price was well within my budget. I have also recommended Window Nation to my neighbor.

The installation team was excellent. The issue is with the windows themselves and loose screws in them. It took multiple calls to get a representative from Window Nation to come out and try and fix the screws. (I know some of you are thinking, why didn't you just tighten the up yourself?) I didn't want to take the chance of someone telling me that because I tried to repair the window the warranty is now voided. Now back to the issue at hand, the person eventually came out and tried to tighten the screws and ended up stripping some out. He decided to replace the loose screws with ones with larger heads on them. Now I have paid $20,000 for new windows with some mismatched screws still not flush. Yeah, a huge thank you to Window Nation.

The Window Nation crew was awesome they showed up on time and they were ready to work. Everybody was very courteous, they worked fast and did a great job. Before they left they cleaned Up. So far we are very happy with our new windows and we hope that this will stay this way.

Everything went smooth from the time I talked Chris Wellde our sales rep he explained their process the types of windows and the price was right in our price range so we decided to go with Window Nation. They came out took the measurements and in about three weeks they were calling to set up a appointment for installation. When they came they were early which was nice they came right in and got right to work. There was a total of eleven windows they replaced that day. And when they were through the windows looked amazing so thank you Window Nation.

Install was great along with installer. Customer Fulfillment Department Representative was unresponsive and didn't return calls over concerns we had with previously custom installed shades and install of new windows. Other departments were responsive in addressing our concerns. Installers were quick, clean, explained, answered all questions.

I had eleven 100-year-old wooden windows with ropes and pulleys removed and new windows installed in about 7 hours. The new windows fit perfectly and were beautifully caulked. They look like they were always there. The inside and outside of the house were impeccably cleaned up so you couldn't even tell anyone had been there. Excellent job!
