We were extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation team. They were polite and professional while performing the work. They spent most of the day completing the work with an incredible attention to the details that you would expect in a high-quality window. Alfred came by to inspect the work and provided us with valuable information.

I ordered the windows July 12ish and they where installed 29th of September a long time to wait I'm Shure they are blaming it all on rona but I still hear adds on the radio they are selling more then they can make and taking people's money long before the product is ready. The only other complaint I have is that the work crew left it a mess when they where done. Windows are a quality product and i do recommend them over other brands but you pay for it and don't expect the White glove service their salesman preach expect to step on a screw the next morning

If you are looking for someone to ghost you after you make a down payment with no response via email or text for weeks or none at all than you have the company you want otherwise buyer beware. They talk a good game but fell horribly short in my case. I love the windows and the roof save for 1 broken window, 1 broken screen, misc other issues reported and months with no response to fix this issue. Roof was just slow to get someone to come out I blame COVID! installers were awesome the delivery guy not so much my wife thinks he was drunk and he did not want to put the equipment and parts in my lawn as advised they would... I made a complaint about it months have passed with no response. Still waiting on them to fix my windows issues... waiting... smh... great quality but customer service sux...

The work that was done went well. They came during the time frame they said and were done in a matter of hours, which was really impressive. They cleaned up all their mess, took all of the old material with them, and showed me how to operate, clean each window and door. The process to get to the installation was a little rocky. There was some miscommunication on what we wanted, which caused the project to be pushed back some, as well as some difference on the monthly payment that was told to us vs. what we have to pay, but I suppose you can chalk all that up to trying to do this during a pandemic. All in all I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them to others.

Just ok. Two windows were measures short about a half of an inch,so installers had to put some foam and extra latice.

It was done to my satisfaction. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable from the salesman, lender, to the installers.

Installation was fine, very professional. I had a lot of trouble getting updated on the status of the window production and installation dates as staff did not answer phones. The wait time on the corporate lines is unacceptable. Worse than getting through to Comcast!

Excellent service! The entire process from the sales rep coming out to window installation went smoothly and any questions we had were answered quickly. We had all of our windows replaced in 1 day and couldnt be happier. We would definitely recommend Window Nation to anyone needing new windows.

Installation team arrived on time well prepared and professional. Windows were installed in one day. Windows are outstanding. Clear glass and sound proof. All seams were sealed and caulked. Finish product improves the appearance of our house. All windows and slider operate effortly. A great product. Installers cleaned up as if they were never here. Walk through at the end explained all work. We are pleased with our end products.

I was very impressed by every stage of the process. The sales, customer service, installation, and management teams were all courteous, professional, and quick responders to any concerns. The company as a whole did an excellent job and I would hire them again.

Very pleased with all aspects of the job. Tom was excellent coming out to the house to show us products and suggest what would work best for our situation. Oscar and his crew were awesome on the install too. Everything looks great. Communication was excellent during this time when deadlines and prosuction for materials was hard to define. Outstanding company overall in our experience!

Everything went well and they were all very professional. From the initial meeting with sales rep to the quotes, to the follow up visits to measure the windows, to the installation. We were very pleased with how everyone associated with the project communicated with us.

the workers did it very well and it looks very nice, would hire them again, the only discrepancy was the company told us it would be done in 1 day but I asked the contractor as soon as he showed up and and he said with 2 guys this is a 2 day job and it was

Michael checked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and to see if we had any questions. We would recommend Window Nation to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Extremely pleased with the products and services of Window Nation (WN). Very professional. (Michael was one WN rep.) Although there was some delay due to Covid-related supply chain difficulties, WN responded and kept us apprised of the situation and revised dates for installation. As expected/hoped for (since we had had a good experience with WN on replacing other windows a few years ago), the final work product was excellent, and well worth the wait!

Crew showed up on time and set right to work. Courteous, professional and detail oriented, the product exceeded my expectations. Crew cleaned up after themselves and were efficient and skilled. .

The sales person was helpful in the beginning but promised to be "our guy" and keep us updated on everything but we had to be the ones to reach out on multiple occasions for updates on where things were at and when the installation would happen. Once the installation was scheduled they called the day before the scheduled day and said there was a delay and needed to move from Friday to Sat. We needed to get them done so we changed our plans to be there Sat. They said they would call Fri, the day before, to confirm the arrival time. We never heard from them Friday and we had to email Friday night and call Sat Morning as well to see what was going on cause no-one showed up. "our guy" made excuses that he was just the sales guy and the installation team handled scheduling so there wasn't much he could do. They forgot to actually reschedule so someone came out Sat afternoon to begin the work but then also had to come Sunday to finish what was supposed to be a one day job so we had to change our plans for Sunday as well to be there. This was very frustrating. They also offered to give us a $150 discount for the error, which we were happy to take. But upon completion the installer was looking for full payment and then it took multiple followups on our behalf to check on the discount. After about two and half weeks they finally called to collect the final payment with the discount applied but still weren't able to give me a receipt yet because it was still being formally processed by accounting. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the final receipt. The product seems to be good quality and installers were nice but I probably would look elsewhere next time. For such a large company you'd think they'd be better run administratively.

Team arrived on time and knocked out all demolition, instal, and clean-up same day. We are very satisfied with product and install.

Great job windows looked great and look like they will last, great workers, workers were very nice and professional, and price was right for the 6 windows we received. I would use them again because it is hard to find a good company to do work for you these days.

Completed in one day with light rain on and off

they men were nice but seemed rushed....I showed them the kitchen window that needed to e done as broken - wouldn't open..............then there were 2 front windows (1 in each bedoom) and one in 3rd bedroom ...............they said ok.............I went to the den with my great grandsons to be out of the way///suddenly I happened to look up as one man came in thru the house with a window that WAS NOT to be replaced (on back of house..........they then had to go get itg off the truck and reinstall it......... this added more time to the job :-( They left without showing us how they worked... My husband had died suddenly in hospital from lymphoma..........still in shock........the ads on Radio (WMZQ) and in Post made it seem these windows would be more affordable with the buy one, get one........but I was never told the price of one..............also ad said up to 2 years to pay but again that offer was not made to me..........I ended up paying the cash as didn't want a monthly finance charge............this was the third estimate I got for the job and just wanted it\over............I'm in poor health and homebound....this was **** ** me... Disappolnted the different screen doesn't appear to raise up at all..
