Will be getting windows installed. Thus far working with Blaine was stress free. Looking forward to the install.

The sales process was horrible. Lost of emails and phones calls to lure you in. Once we setup the appointment the entire sales process went down hill pretty quickly. The salesmen was in full used car mode making promises ( i.e. remove existing blinds but later recanted) and statements to ink the deal but once we signed the paid the deposit the shady side emerged. We discussed cash versus financing...what was promised/said and actually put in the contract was two totally different deals...they got the window count wrong after the contract was signed and wanted the customer to pay which we refuse. The said we had to remove the blinds which was a deal breaker for us and we refused. We ended with with a great price and very good windows but would absolutely not hire Window Nation again...too many broken promised and miscommunications on the sales side. Lastly they told us we had 30 -60 days to pay in cash after the windows were installed but once the windows were installed they wanted payment the same day. The comprise was we agreed to write them a posted dated check for 30 days out and they greed but cash the check the very next day...just plain shady. On a positive the installation team was fabulous and very professional. Peter and his install crew are second to none and did an outstanding job,,..,gave our family the white glove treatment! Word to the wise if you do business with Windows Nations Sales organization get what the sales guy promised in writing and included in your contract.

contractors were fast and professional. i would recommend window nation over manu of the others out there. took a while from schedule to actual installation but other than that it turned out well.

The installation has not been completed yet but Blaine made the consultation very easy and was a pleasure to work with.

Had been trying to get the screen fixed since early summer. The company took forever to get back to me and get it resolved. I also had to call several times to get this service. The worst was I had to call them to remind them I needed an appointment, then they took my screen off the sliding door. They never called me to return it, I had to call them to get the appointment scheduled. The screen is still not working and they were supposed to call me back yesterday but that hasn't happened. Lousy, lousy, lousy.

Excellent and professional teamwork and services

The team arrived and set-up all of the materials and cleaned up behind themselves. It was a stress free process. I would like to thank Jorge Mayorga who lead the team and took every safety precaution necessary during this time. Mark Green the auditor even provided support and attention to us a the client. I am now thinking about using the company to replace the basement windows. I am looking forward to working with Chris Wellde again to get some great prices on my next home project.

Let me preference this review by saying that the installation tech "Oscar" was professional and informative and made the installation experience a great one. Now to my review the reason for the grade of "B" is due to the lack of clarity for the purchase and the install. The salesperson Mr. John Mudge, was very nice, professional and informative of their products and what separates Window Nation from the rest. However, the part about the exterior and the "capping" went way over my head at the time of the consultation and I was confused as to why if I am installing "white" window's why I would need to get approval from my HOA. The multiple emails from the home office to get the HOA approvals now made more sense today (day of my install). Windows are not my specialty and the language went over my level of understanding. After a thorough explanation with Oscar and a walk-thru of the exterior to explain the color and the difference in appearance, I got it. My suggestion would be to walk around the exterior of the property to ensure that the customer is clear on the color and the difference. Outside of the color issue, this was a great experience with "Window Nation" and I would purchase from them again. One last note, every interaction starting with John, to Steve, to Oscar and last but not least the "auditor" Mark Green made for an overall great experience with the care & concern for customer satisfaction.

The purchase was easy. A very slight wait for the installation but they kept me well informed. The install took only a single day and all was done to my satisfaction. The new windows look great both inside and outside.

The windows were what I ordered and the installing team did a great job. Everyone had their specific part to perform and they worked well together.

Blaine was awesome! He went through the products and benefits of each. He talked through the issues we told him we were currently having and how the new products would help alleviate those problems. I feel great about moving forward with Window Nation and can't wait to see the finished products.

The 2 installers arrived at 8 when promised. They adhered to the COVID guidelines. The put down drop cloths in the spaces they were going to work. The installation process went very well. They removed all the old windows in a timely fashion. They set up cutting tables on my front lawn. While one technician was cutting lengths of aluminum filler strips the other technician was removing old windows. All the new windows were set then both technicians started in on removing the old bay window. This was by far the most time consuming process in the whole installation. They did this in no time flat. When the new window was set where the bay window was both technicians went around filling the gaps around the windows with vinyl fillers then they started caulking both the inside and outside of all 13 windows. Before they left they vacuumed up any debris that was on the floor and went around outside picking up pieces of vinyl and aluminum that were cut and fell to the ground. I would highly recommend using Window Nation if you are in need of replacement windows. Hopefully you will get these two technicians. Please see that Michael gets a copy of this.

Sales staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Mick provided plenty of options and explained the entire process from order to install. Great to deal with.

First, we meant with a salesperson and began the order process. She showed us two varieties of windows available through Window Nation. We made a choice and the order was placed. Second, a few days later, they sent out a person to do detailed measurements for each window, He was quick and efficient. Finally, about 2 months after our visit with the Salesperson, the windows were installed. It was done by a father and son team and all 8 windows were installed in one day. They were courteous and clean. They worked like a well oiled machine. They knew what was needed and they got it. They arrived a little before 8AM (as promised) and done by 3PM. I would rate the quality of the windows and installation as 5 Star because it was. I would recommend Window Nation to my friends and relatives.

The job went well. I got the Grandview windows. Double hung, sliders and patio door. The installers were polite organized, professional and helped us with removing some of the window treatments. They cleaned up well. I had to ask for a walk through and was only able to walk through the inside and not the outside due to time constraints.
