Everything went great, starting with the salesman Mick Powers all the way to the installers. Mick was able to work us a great deal. He was easy going and professional. The installers worked fast and efficiently. Everyone in between from the scheduling department etc was professional and courteous as well.

The technicians spent two days installing 40 new windows. Their work was nothing less than OUTSTANDING!

Took a lot longer to get the project going due to COVID (planned for October , completed in December), but they kept us updated as to what was going on. Once the windows were here, they got the job done quick. Workers were complete professionals and respectful. Christian and the sales crew were all great.

The work went very smoothly with 3 member team. They follow the instructions that was given to two of them by the one in charge. Every thing was done in a very complete way. Starting with the sales rep. Roy to emails sent by Christian M. and other apartment heads to when the windows were order to when they would get them in stock. Calling me when it was time to install them. When I had questions and talk to the department, every one was very curious and respectful. I truly appreciated that. If and when someone needs windows, I will definitely recommend Window Nations

Window Nation did a great job. They were punctual, professional, and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the product and services they provided.

The service, demeanor of workers, courtesy and overall quality of work was excellent. Extremely satisfied. Christian M. was on the team. The only suggestion I have is that the company should provide the workers all the proper equipment such as shoe coverings they need on days when it is rainy. They were incredibly polite and professional but that said, they tracked dirt and mud throughout the house and left some carpet stains we're still working to remove. Again, my only complaint. Otherwise, they were terrific. Would definitely recommend your company. Thanks. We love our new windows!

Everything was great. Our sales associate, Mik was super professional and understanding of our chaos with two kids and home renovations when he arrived. The guy who came to measure was professional and timely. The install crew worked so **** ** a very long day to get it all done in one days time.

Perfect, no surprises at all. They had to remove the vinyl awnings that we had on our cape cod home and I was a bit nervous about them on the second floor but they had no problems. They did a fantastic job on everything. The sales rep even visited us during the installation to check on things. Good work, professional, clean and courteous. Good follow-up by Christian.

The crew that installed the windows was excellent. There was 3 guys and they obviously knew what they were doing. Their work was coordinated and efficient. They left my house and yard clear of any debris. I was very pleased with their work ethic. The new windows look great and blend right in with the rest of the house.

The crew did an excellent job!!!! They arrived on time and worked expeditiously to complete the job. Even during this time of COVID-19. There were two adults working from home, as well as a student learning virtually, but the install did very little to distract or interrupt our work. The crew moved flawlessly from one area of the house to another with little interruptions. They wore masks the entire time ensuring our protection and theirs, did not dirty or muddy up my floors, and cleaned each area they worked in. I also received instruction/tutorial on how the windows functioned.

It went well however one incident happened which I have informed my Design Consultant Jon. While the techs were removing one of the windows it broke and unfortunately it all shattered on my patio out back. Yes it was lots of glass. One person did go out there to sweep it up but because I have a brick patio, and I have a small dog, I told them I was still seeing glass so they vacuumed. The guy tried but even after they left and still to this day I'm still picking up glass back there. I've swept up back there on my own because I couldn't let my dog out there not wanting his foot to get cut. It's an unfortunate incident because the guys did good but it is an inconvenience. Also one of my windows won't lock. It won't level so I can lock the windows. I've called about this and someone will come out next month (Dec) to look a it. But I'm happy with my windows and they are very nice compared to what I had. I just wish that window didn't break because glass is still out there between the bricks. As far as my Consultant Jon Marigliano was very Professional and patient. He was very familiar with the product and definitely sold me. I'm glad he was my Consultant.

Just terrible. Do not do business with Window Nation. They agreed to install windows in my home. We signed a contract and they said that they would have the job done in 6 weeks. It has been over 5 months and they have partially installed the windows. They worst part is they have billed us for the whole job and refuse to reply to our messages. We are paying for products and services not rendered. This is a night mare!

Blaine was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He took his time showing me options with windows and finance packages. I would highly recommend window nation!

Michael was great to work with in coordinating the install. Luis and his crew are the total boss crew. They did a quality install, and my house looks brand new with the new windows.

Well. Blaine is a good listener and quickly adjusted to our specific needs.

We are first time homeowners and were very excited for new windows arrive! I noticed that the windows had full screens, we expected half. At first, I was disappointed but after seeing the screen quality I was not as upset. A couple hours into the project our site inspector, Mark Green, stopped in to see how everything was going. We were happy, showed him around the house had a great conversation, really nice guy. He left and we went back inside. It looked like they were wrapping up on one side of the house; I asked the technician if it was finished, because it was supposed to have a metal cap that encased the wood around the edge of the window. He told me the paperwork says no caps, and it would look bad if they were capped. He assured me it was going to look good. Then another crew showed up, I went to the other side of the house to see how they were doing. I found the other side of my house with the half inch capping! My house has mismatched capping on the windows!!! We have been working very hard fixing our house up over the last year; we have repainted the entire interior and exterior of our house. We love our home and take pride in our investment which is why we chose WN for quality and professional installation. I was heartbroken to see the paint under every window has black scrapes and scratches. One windowsill has wood scrapped off, another window is broken, two screens are damaged, and the exterior of our house has big scratches and gouges in the freshly painted wood around the windows that are not capped!! As I was finishing this inspection, I walked into my kitchen to see the crew leader without a mask in my house!! No mask! I looked down, no booties! He walked out; he came back in for the inspection, again no mask! I asked him to put one on, he picked up his t-shirt to cover his face! I reported all of this with photos to the customer service before the crew left. That was 8 days ago. At this time not one person has called to talk to me about my experience. Two customer service agents have contacted me to collect photos of the codes on the screens and broken window. When I asked them about the capping and the rest of the damage; they apologize that is being handled by the installation team. I have called my sales rep, Richard Hanson and cc’d him on emails, his reply to my call was I will look into it, and his reply to my follow up email was the service team is best to handle issues like this. I called Steven Friedman, the Supervisor of Sales, got his voice mail and haven’t received a reply. Now I must resort to writing out my experience to worn others how this company operates. WARNING Window Nation has no consideration and blatant disregard of the health and safety of the families that they serve. I have family that are high risk, I cannot see them for the time being. I had other obligations that have been put on pause due to this reckless exposure. Companies like this need to be held accountable. They have a responsibility to uphold their promise to protect us when they enter our homes! And I have to be honest, although we had a poor experience getting the windows, we do love them. We will have to find an alternative Vytex supplier for the remaining 4 we had planned to order. Complements the manufacturer, Vytex, very nice product. No thanks to Window Nation for their poor installation, lack of customer service, and disregard for my family’s health and well-being. Review follow up – two weeks later and nothing but more lies and problems. After writing this review I was contacted by the Regional Installation Manager who listened to my concerns and was very nice to speak with, at the end of our call he asked if I would give him the chance to make it right, I said absolutely. As I am not inflexible and believe in second chances. We had scheduled an appointment for him to come out to inspect the job on 11/9/2020, he didn’t show up, or call. I was searching on the website for his name and through the instant message service on the site inquired. They did not give me his name but took my information and assured me someone would follow up…again no call. The service department had scheduled a technician to come out to replace the broken window and 2 damaged screens. Although I sent in pictures of the windows and the labels as requested, they were unable to place the order correctly. The service technician had the window and one screen that fit,

great no problems. workers very efficent.all areas were cleaned after work.

The company refused to provide a detailed itemization of the charges. The buy 2 get 2 free promo is not reflected in the overpriced charges. The serviceman who came out to check the problem is the only person I give high marks to. Replacement windows was to take 10 days. After waiting 6 weeks with no communication from the company I found out the replacements had not been ordered. I waited another 6 weeks still no communication from the company to find out the windows were in. It took 3 months to have the windows replaced. Again the service technician do I great job. Mr.Hammad who contact me afterwards was very pleasant. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

They we very meticulous in preparation for removal and clean up after installation. Very pleased with product as well.

Work was professional but customer service stinks I was told 6 to 8 weeks but took 12 weeks to get started email customer service no response call representative who sold me windows no response so I got someone else to do my siding and wouldn’t recommend

Excellent Blaine was an amazing salesman and thoroughly explained the installation process and knowledge of window production.

Fine, accept took longer than the salesperson told me that it would to have them installed.
