The water heater installed by Wallace Plumbing went very well. Derek Wallace is very professional in his trade. He knew to apply for a Baltimore city permit, I didn't have to remind him. Derrick is courteous and professional, and was able to get me an estimate quickly, and was even able to accommodate the work the same day, cleaned up after the work, and walked through the features of the installed hardware with me.
